一次偶然的機會，選擇了這家酒店，卻意外的帶來一次意外的旅行體驗，本是去廣德出差，想順便帶着家人和孩子找一個清凈的地方休息，無意中選定了這家酒店，本是提前兩天訂的酒店，酒店一位姓趙的姑娘提前聯繫，詳細詢問了旅行的安排，知道有小寶寶非常貼心的準備了圍擋，甚至用餐的菜品都提前做了準備。感覺服務非常用心。
酒店的外觀設計獨具匠心，融合了現代建築風格與自然元素。建築線條簡潔流暢，又不失古樸典雅的韻味。環境也是真的不錯，周圍都是竹林， 都是獨棟的別墅，知道我們是一家的特意重新安排了一户型的別墅，工作人員熱情友好，面帶微笑，對疑問非常有耐心。
無論是前台接待、客房服務還是餐飲服務，員工們都以熱情周到的態度，為客人提供貼心的服務。他們注重細節，關注客人的需求，及時為客人解決問題。希望下次能有機會再到這個地方度假。

酒店的環境非常好，房間衞生也搞得很乾凈，每天都有接駁車送到房間，下午還提供咖啡☕️，酒店的服務人員非常專業，也特別細心，這次做了四個晚上，因為孩子比賽，每天回來都比較晚，但是酒店餐廳都會等我們才下班，下次過來這邊還會首選這裏！感謝🙏

必須點贊酒店的服務！從前台熱情高效的辦理入住，到禮賓主動幫忙拿行李並詳細介紹了酒店設施，再到客房服務響應迅速且態度親切，全程都感受到細緻入微的關懷，真正有賓至如歸的感覺。公共區域設計感十足，大堂寬敞明亮又富有格調，綠植點綴得恰到好處。走廊安靜整潔，公區綠化景觀維護得也非常好，整體氛圍優雅舒適。 客房是此行最大驚喜！裝修高級，房間乾淨得一塵不染。空間佈局合理，採光極佳，窗外視野開闊。床品柔軟舒適，衞浴乾濕分離，淋浴水壓水温穩定，智能面板操作方便。隔音效果出色，保證了安靜的休息環境。
洗護用品都是帕爾瑪之水品牌，還有觀景咖啡廳，聽酒店工作人員説後期還會再增加品項和設施，總體來説，這次無論是貼心的服務、優美的環境還是高品質的房間，都遠超預期，強烈推薦！（另外感謝小趙美女，領我們參觀和介紹酒店）
