非常非常無語的民宿，我10號就定了兩晚套房，但是沒有給留房間，離大譜。看着網上圖片環境不錯，想着兩家人帶兩個娃一起住一起玩兩天，結果帶着娃拉着行李奔波大半天終於晚上六點到了民宿，給我講，沒有房間了！不知道我定了房間！！最後協調了説給我們開兩間標間，孩子得分開住，我們認了。然後我們兩個女生帶着拖着行李哼哧哼哧爬到二樓（沒有電梯也沒人幫）結果到了晚上給我説，第二天不能住這裏了！週五晚上就要趕緊找週六晚上的房間，根本不好訂，而他們就衹想訂個二三百的房間打發我們，不談任何賠償，最後安吉已經訂不到便宜的合適的民宿，衹能去廣德縣城住，我們的行程安排也不得不跟着變了。最後再説，房間環境不行，像招待所，床上有蟲子，筷子發黴，隔壁房間打了一晚上麻將非常吵。非常糟糕的一次住宿體驗。

一個人到廣德的盧湖竹海轉轉，晚上入住了樂府山莊，山莊比較大，住宿、餐飲、休閑娛樂都有，店家服務熱情周到貼心，入住當天供水管出了意外故障在搶修，店家專門給拿了一大桶純凈水供我洗漱，餐廳的農家菜口味也不錯，份量非常大，挺不錯的一家民宿。

房間乾淨整潔明亮，很寬敞，山莊的環境很美，也很安靜，山莊主人待人真誠，幫我把帶來的食物放到莊裡冷庫裏面，早餐供應充足，用餐在一個湖邊的院子裏，很舒服。

避雷！！！！！這麼多年服務最差的酒店，説是24小時前台服務就是擺設，服務人員8.30下班，晚上的行程大概9點到酒店，服務人員打幾個電話催，就覺得耽誤他們下班了。到房間後wifi沒用，兩間套房，衹有一個床頭有一個插座，另一個房間床頭無插座，極其不方便！！！可住4人的套房，衹有2條小毛巾，沒有浴巾，沒有梳子浴帽等！關鍵是沒有熱水！！！晚上服務員匆忙帶到房間就離開下班，再聯繫就找不到人了！！酒店沒有提供聯繫電話，衹有前台固定電話，但人家8.30就要下班的！！！出了汗沒辦法，家人衹能用冷水勉強沖一下！！垃圾至極！！？？

房間的性價比還是不錯的～該有的都有，我們是被安排在一個四合院，由於當天衹有我們入住，所以還是比較安靜的~
他們家餐廳的菜品量大味道也很不錯，我們三大一小點了小炒雞，紅燒肉，牛肉湯包，炒青菜，都吃撐了～早飯也基本吃不完!!

是農家樂跟住宿二合一的山莊，地方蠻大的環境不錯，菜都是自家種的，還有養的雞鴨鵝，是旅行住宿的很好選擇

設施：完善，拖鞋牙具洗髮水沐浴露都有！
衞生：很乾凈，床品很不錯，我們是音樂節做志願者，辛苦工作了一天後睡得相當舒服。
環境：空氣清新，有湖有水有小狗狗大鵝鵝～
服務：全世界最好的老闆娘嗚嗚嗚嗚，接送我們、歡迎我們，還有前台姐姐，給我們提供可口的早餐。還有ktv 麻將桌…太喜歡咱山莊啦！
