地上還有沒清掃乾淨的頭髮，攜程上定的明明是14.00後退房，前台12.00就打電話催，並最後要求衹能延遲退房到13.00，雙床房衹有一瓶水 很差勁

先不説服務，房間非常不隔音，窗户把手被卸了，不能關，晚上一點過搓麻將聲的聲音都不停，就像在耳邊一樣，早上街道也吵。
再説空調，一點冷都不制，開製冷，風是温熱的，想吹風開高風速，空調板都是懸空，一直響…
正常的酒店會配備免費礦泉水，並且入住不會收取按金，這家不一樣，要收取100按金，房間裏很明顯是有暗含消費產品的，但是完全沒有標明，我個人覺得很不正常。綜合以上，我認為入住體驗不是特別好，很難給到三顆星。

先説優點：離吾悦廣場確實近，就在商場那句對面，房間也比較大。除此之外其他都非常普通甚至不太好。衞生狀況和設施舊且較臟。服務也一般。多要個枕頭和房卡也沒多的，沐浴液也沒有。差不多招待所的條件，所以不太清楚評分是怎麼得來的。

位置非常方便，無論自駕還是公共交通，周邊餐飲配套也很齊全生活設施齊全，還配有洗衣房;服務也很專業、熱情，尤其是前台服務員當聽説我們晚上睡眠不好時，特意給我們送了兩個蒸汽眼罩，想顧客所想，特別真誠，特別用心，特別暖心，出行還會推薦路線和景點，而且凌晨了還會解決顧客的任何需求，手動點贊手動點贊;酒店的各項設施也很棒，衞生條件好，免費停車位充足，已經入住過很多次了，體驗很好的酒店；也推薦了很多朋友來，都挺滿意，下次還來入住：祝酒店越辦越好!性價比還是挺高的，床也挺舒服，各種設施都很齊全，裝修風格真的是愛了愛了。
