THE GOOD Location: it is immediately close to the squares and all the entertainment restaurants, banks, plazas, shops and cafes THE BAD Poor maintenance Cleanliness Only one towel and it was not changed Stains on the sheet The TV did not work THE AWFUL I drove almost 10 hours to get to Guanajuato, I had an accident on the road and it was taking a little longer, I called to let them know I would be late, even though I had paid for my stay, they replied that if I did not arrive at 6 my reservation could be canceled due to high demand...!!!!!, for the same reason I had reserved and paid for my stay, as I was able to arrive at 7 pm, and the room had the points above, but on the day of departure they sent me a message at 12:02 to remind me that I had to leave the room because the night would be charged...!!!! When I checked out at 12:15 I asked if there was a way to call a taxi to go to the parking lot, they only answered there you can take one on the street and another 45 minutes I had to wait and the taxi charges you 150 pesos to take you. If you go by vehicle it is too confusing and complicated, I had to take the vehicle about 2 kilometers and to return it took more than an hour to take a taxi, as it was the weekend the taxi drivers do not want to go downtown.
