The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is not in the middle of downtown we comfortably walked everywhere we needed too. We learned the bus route and were able to take it on days we were a little tired. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return here if we stay in Guanajuato again.

This hotel back in the day was the preferred place to stay while visiting the great city of Guanajuato. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and are in great need of remodeling. Its still an ok place to stay for a night.

We had a wonderful stay. Prices were incredibly affordable. Clean and attentive people the whole time. Walking distance to downtown. We highly recommend this place 🙏🙌

I got really upset with the person transporting our luggage in the hotel, my put my luggage in the buttom and broke my luggage. We waiting in the hotel for our uber to the airport and that hotel staff kept on staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. The hotel was OK.
