Dirty linens, mattresses and pillow cases. Broken door latches that don’t work with the key card but with an old rusty key. Bathrooms smell awful like sewer waters. It’s like staying at an old subway station. A local guide told us that the property had been vacant for years and ransacked which is why the property is in deplorable condition. Breakfast was below average and the service was less than good. We booked through an app but they overcharged us upping arrival. When we fought back the manager insulted us and was rude all over. At checkout they wanted us to present our credit card again (which made no sense), when we refused the locked the gate and called the police. The police came and just let us go cause there was no reason to keep us there. BEWARE of this place! Your vacations will be ruined if you decide to stay.

We booked this knowing it was not in the Centro area of the city. We wanted peace and quiet. The hotel itself is dated but clean and the views are wonderful. The pool was somewhat dirty and there were many missing tiles on the bottom which made us pass on that to avoid cut feet. Our first night we were blown out of bed at 3:15 which so much noise, yelling, screaming, slamming doors and people outside out door on cell phones. We learned that 2 tour busses arrived and it was a large, loud group checking in. Breakfast was confusing with the large group in house but once served it was ok, however we did not understand what was and was not included so we were charged for our "free breakfast". We carried on, went out for the day and returned around 3 for a nap and once again the group came back from their tour of the day and the hotel was loud and napping was not an option. We packed up, forfeited out second paid night and left for a hotel in Centro which proved to be so much nicer and quieter even right on one of the plazas. Lesson learned.

Excellent service, the staff was always very helpful and made sure we had a great experience. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. There are several areas of the hotel where you can work.

I went to a conference at the hotel. At all times, everyone was very accessible and friendly. The view is beautiful due to its location. The rooms were very comfortable and had hot water, which is essential during this season. They made the experience incredible with every little detail they took care of us with.

The entire staff was very friendly when it came to holding an event. We had a great time and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the stay and the incredible view. Nice place to hold events and receive great service. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.
