Hotels in Tumon, Guam

I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!

Dusit beach resort is an outstanding hotel located in Tumon area in Guam. You can perfectly stay three nights of your holidays in this place to enjoy all the landmarks and activities around the hotel. The aquarium is really close, just 5 minutes walking. The staff are friendly and rooms have all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, towels, toothbrush, and complimentary water and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel has great outdoor swimming pools with great views to sea. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars within 10 min or less walking distance.

We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful.

We were able to relax in the room while looking out at the blue ocean. The room was filled with the scent of plumeria, so we were able to relax♪ There was a children's pool and various other activities available on the resort grounds, and our 3-year-old and 5-year-old children enjoyed themselves every day for 5 days and 4 nights.

I think this is the cleanest/newest hotel in Guam. The room was pleasantly dry in the humid weather outside, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. Everything about the room was great. Only downside I found was there were very limited smoking areas. No smoking in balcony, only 2 designated smoking areas in the entire resort. If I knew that no smoking in balcony, I would rather book the regular room with mountain view. Another downside was limited stuff you can rent for playing in the water. Others have more fun stuff to borrow but this resort has few stuff and kids pool was closed. If you are with kids, this resort may not be a great option for your kids unless the kid's pool opened. If you are looking for a clean room with nice ocean front, this is the best choice.

The hotel location (pool and Tumon Beach right next to it, walking distance to the small downtown area with restaurants in front of the hotel) is good, I always see the pool water quality management once a day, the staff is friendly But the breakfast is not so good.. I did it because it was more delicious than other places.. It was disappointing. And every time I had breakfast, the coffee staff or some female staff members were not so good ~~ ! There are lifeguards at the pool and they are all friendly. They cleaned it every day during my 4-night stay and gave me more towels if I asked for them. I forgot to tip one day, but they cleaned it well. Korean staff members are always there. Washer and dryer cost $4 each. I thought I wouldn't have to do laundry, but I used it because my wet clothes didn't dry well. The fabric didn't get damaged and it was okay. They give you a tumbler instead of disposable ones, but it breaks right away if you drop it.

Hello, I returned safely after a pleasant honeymoon. ㅎㅎ First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel. However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness. The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!! Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone. The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ If I get another chance, I would like to use it again.

It was a wonderful hotel. I was glad I chose the club lounge. We had a wonderful time. The number of children in the room didn't seem to be reflected in the room, so towels and amenities had to be requested, but they were quickly provided. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Guam.

Stayed in several different hotels in Guam over the past few years. I keep coming back to Nikko for a few reasons: best view (in my opinion), reasonably priced, beach access, water slides, well maintained laundromat… However, I do need to live with some shortcomings: the shower is in need of a major renovation (grab bar is loose, towel rack is falling apart, caulking is laughable…) I was here Jan 2025 and returned in April 2025. I saw an improvement in management at front desk and in Toh Lee restaurant. An added bonus: short walk to Tsubaki Tower with its 24 hr cafe and other good stuff.

The service at the front desk is the best. I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room. A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day. They even took it away, which was disappointing. Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them, but the service was good otherwise. The facilities are old because they are old, but they put in more effort to manage and provide service, so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip. The pool is nice and it's quiet.
