It's located a little above the center, but there was no problem walking around. The room was spacious and the hotel view was good. The parking lot is fast, but you can drive across the hotel. There is no place like this if there is a Korean staff and communication is not smooth in English.

While there are a few positives with this hotel, I do think there are many negatives (below) that need to be addressed. We ended up checking out early and moving to a different hotel that met more of our expectations. Positives -Location -Fun slide, pools are nice (plus baby pool) and kids water park (although very cold) -Free life jacket and baby float rentals -Friendly staff, welcome drink -The ohana grill had really good food and service! Negatives -Rooms are extremely dated and need major renovations. Bathroom had mold, cracks, very run down. It felt gross and unclean. The room quality didn’t remotely match what you’d expect for the price/night. We upgraded to an ocean view and there was no usable patio or chair. -There is a nice outdoor deck that’s smoking and in order to get to the pool and beach, you have to walk through it, so there ends up being a lot of unpleasant smoke inhalation. It seemed like they were catering more to smokers and we were never able to get away from it if we wanted to sit on the deck. Other hotels have a very separate smoking deck so guests do not need to walk in it if they don’t want to. -Music was way too loud in pool area, lobby and restaurants. -Breakfast buffet was below average. While the selection was good, quality was poor. -Beach chairs require a fee, other hotels don’t charge for use of beach chairs.

The couple stayed in the holiday suite for 2 nights from the beginning of the year. I knew the hotel was aging, but the room was large, but the lights in the room were only a stand 2 and it was dark. I entered the hotel after check-in was 3 o'clock, but I was waiting for it to end because I had not finished cleaning yet. The next day, no matter how many times I came back from the outside, the room cleaning did not come, and I came after 7 o'clock in the evening, and I refused because I had already relaxed after dinner. I have stayed in various countries and hotels so far, but it was the first time that it was so late. The location of the hotel is good but a little disappointing.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

After booking here the last minute, I read the review and changed my mind. Unfortunately, there's no refund so we are stuck. I figured, we can just give it a try and have plan B to change hotel on the next day. Upon check-in, our receptionists was young yet professional and friendly. It was busy with line of tourist awaiting to check-in. However, we didn't have to line up with the crowd as we were taken by another person on a separate area. No line. So our check-in was a breeze, which was already a plus. The staff was always cheerful, chatty and helpful. They even holler from the distance to say good luck to my son who was on his way to his Jiujitsu tournament one day. I thought that was cool of them to acknowledge that. Our room was lit, nicely decorated and comfortable, with 2 full beds. Everything was clean and had everything we needed - fridge, TV, etc. The bathroom was clean, full of amenities; shower with strong pressure and hot water. The parking was convenient for us who rented a car for the weekend and it's free. I like that I can just get in and out without having to worry where to park or pay for parking. The parking is also covered, within the hotel building. Really convenient esp. it was raining that weekend. There's a couple of fun restaurants in the building too, one is gaming bar with music. The other one was Tony Roma's which we went for dinner one night. We had guest who came to visit us and we sat at the lobby talking while enjoying the music from that gaming bar. It was an overall an upbeat ambience. We end up staying our entire stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We will definitely stay here again soon for our son's next BJJ tournament.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

It's a little far from downtown Tumon, so it's a little inconvenient if you don't rent a car, but it's a great option for those who want to use the resort quietly and comfortably as if they were renting it :-)
The staff were also very kind.
After 2 nights at Riga Royal, I moved to Dusit Beach and stayed 2 more nights, but Dusit Beach felt too noisy.
The infinity pool is pretty, and the ocean view from the room is also very good. I did not use dining like breakfast, and the room condition and facilities are a bit outdated. I didn't expect much, but it was much better than I thought. It wasn't too humid and it was moderately clean, which was nice. It's a good value for money hotel!
Comfortable and convenient with all the amenities you need for a short trip, or an extended vacation. Located just minutes from the Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport with an airport shuttle, the SureStay Hotel by Best Western Guam Airport South is a great choice for your stay.

I’m extremetly disappointed about this hotel. Customer Service is terrible and when I contacted the property about a charge that was made in my credit card they ignored me and never resolved the issue. I been dealing with Best Western Customer Care and they contacted the property and spoke with “IDA” but again, nothing has been resolved in weeks. Never again !!! I will never stay here anymore!

GGuest UserAWESOME NEWLY RENOVATED BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TUMON! Stayed at Hotel Tano for about a month, and the hotel was the perfect property for us while on remote work/vacation on Guam visiting family and friends over our kids summer break. The hotel had just completed their renovation and conversion to a newly renovated boutique hotel. We loved the modern design and concept of the property and of the Premier Suite we had stayed in. We also loved the view of Tumon Bay and It’s sunset from our suite. The property is also centrally located on Tumon, where we made the daily walk to Fujita beach which was about a 5 minute walk and the main Tumon shopping ***** which was about a 10 minute walk. Staff were superb, as others mentioned on here. They welcomed us with the Hafa Adai spirit, they were attentive to our family’s needs during our stay, and at times a couple steps ahead in insuring we had a great stay. They sure made us feel like family. These individuals includes (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, and Jamie) A couple specific individuals that made our stay extra special, were Oz and Misty. Oz Lobby Host, consistently greeted us as we departed the hotel to kick-off our day and welcomed us back in the evening as we returned back to the hotel from our fun filled day. Oz would also check in on us to insure we were having a great stay. Misty our room attendant, was consistent in servicing our room, and would consistently check in to see if we needed any additional room amenities during our stay. It was refreshing to come back from our day to a clean room. My kids also loved the care that Misty had put towards their stuff animals. Overall an AWESOME stay, and we are looking forward to staying again and will be recommending Hotel Tano to our stateside friends & family who are in search for a hotel on Guam.
SshoppinglistThe location of the hotel is very good. The swimming pool garden is right by the beach of Tumon Bay. The hotel swimming pool is very convenient for playing on the beach and the sea. Bath towels can be changed at any time and life jackets are provided. I only spent two days in the hotel. The surrounding shops are also very convenient for shopping and eating.
GGuest UserThe breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.
GGuest UserThis review is going to be ”unfair” because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.
Cchdo2016After being „stranded“ in Guam because our connection flights have gotten cancelled over and over again, we decided to trade the uncomfortable chairs at the aiport for a real bed. Since there is no good wifi at the airport we decided to go the touristinformation to book a hotel. After 30 hours without sleep we just didn‘t feel like looking for a free wifi spot just to look up some hotels for one night. We told the employee at the information, that we don‘t care what the rate is. We just want a comfortable clean room with wifi and the hotel shouldn‘t be that far away from the airport. After he made some calls he said that a lot of hotels are full and dont have a room available. I suggested that it might be better if we check online by ourself and wanted to turn away from him as he said he can ask at Harmon Loop hotel. It is a little more expensive with 75$ a night but it is a nice hotel and they offer airportshuttle for 5$ per person for one way. We accepted and went outside to wait for the driver. We were picked up by the manager (I think) who demanded the transportation fee of 10$ dollars as soon as he had shut the doors. After giving him 20$ dollars and asking for the 10$ change he responded with broken english that we will get the change right away. We had to ask two more times for the money before we received our 10$. Irritaded by the whole situation we put it on the language barrier. When we arrived at the hotel it wasn‘t looking very inviting from neither the outside nor the inside. It felt like 40 degrees in the lobby and just to make sure what we have gotten ourselfs into we asked if we could see a room first before checking in. We could see that the people at the front desk didn‘t like that idea and they were discussing stuff in their mother tongue, their eyes still focused at us. Reluctantly he showed us the room. It was very heaten up and a little smelly but it had an ac and he told us that he has just turned it on. So it will be cool in notime. The rest of the room looked „okay“ at first and so we went back to the frontdesk and continued the ckeck-in. While I was completing the formal stuff the woman asked me why we wanted to see the room first, in a tone as if I had insulted her personally. I explained to her that we are just tired and stressed out and we didn‘t want to offend her. She did not reply anything and gave us the key, the wifi password and the remote to the television. But not before demanding the 10$ dollar transportation fee for the next day. Coming back to the room we noticed, that it hasn‘t cooled down. We started looking for a way to control the ac but decided to ask the staff if they could help us. They told me that they only have one remote and if we want to change the settings of the ac we would have to talk to them. After asking several times to give me the remote just temporarilly so we could adjust everything, they gave in and handed the remote over. But only if I will bring it back right afterwards. Be
DDatsun95I’ve stayed here several times already.
This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor.
There are some gripes with our room though.
There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead.
I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them.
They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down.
The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits.
This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit.
Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit.
Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there.
The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.
JJoanne EjiptoThe location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.
GGuest UserThe garden villa is conveniently located about 15 min from the airport. Overall this is a nice place stay if you are going for work, rates are usually within per diem limits and the hotel offers a functional, clean and comfortable stay. Rooms are quite large (500Sf or more) , with most rooms set up for families with kids (multiple beds and 2 bathrooms), small dining table and a kitchenette. Furniture and fittings are a bit dated but at least clean and functional. Hotel offers plenty of free parking and free wifi (but wifi speeds are abysmal at best). Unfortunately no breakfast or coffee offered - but you can make a short run to the K mart and stock up on supplies. There is a large swimming pool and hot tub which seems to be busy at all times with kids and families. The lobby has a convenience store in the lobby (open until 9.00pm) that sells snacks, supplies as well as wine and beer. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within short walking distance as is the beach across from the hotel across the street. Our team stayed for over 10 days and we had a pleasant stat for the most part. I encourage the hotel management to fix the wifi In the rooms….right now the speeds are like mid-90s dial up speeds. Very painful to actually getting any work done.
殷殷It must be said that the location of the hotel is facing the street, and it is really noisy at night. After the first night, I had to change rooms. The more important thing is that each room has an electric box. The night was buzzing and noisy, and I had booked four nights at this hotel. After two nights, I was forced to change the hotel. Hotel front desk and health services are ok, especially the front desk service is very good, but it is too noisy, if you live temporarily, it is ok, if you come to the exam, really do not recommend
I booked a night at the Guam Airport Hotel on a layover. I was traveling home from Japan so had heavy luggage. I checked in without problem and the first indication that it wasn't a modern hotel was the metal room key. I soon discovered there was no elevator and had to lug all my luggage up to the third floor. Then we got in the room. The air conditioning blew cool air but not enough to adequately cool the room. The TV didn't work, and there was no WiFi at all. No toiletries in the room. My son came out of the bathroom with ants on his neck. I looked and saw ants in the bathroom. I will be sure to avoid this hotel on future visits to Guam.
