Hotel Aguaý

The location and the view are very good. All clean. The mattress seems to have been used a lot, it had a hole in the middle and the pillow was "skinny".

The sheets were in poor condition, stained and the covers literally torn. Stained towels. Ceilings stained with moisture. It is a nice hotel with a lack of maintenance. Varied breakfast of medium quality. It is far from being a 4 star.

The location is ideal, the cleanliness and maintenance are excellent, the service of the employees is very warm, and the quality-price are adequate with respect to the services provided. I really enjoyed my stay there.

A disaster. Very bad attention at the reception, dirty wherever you look at it!! Breakfast impossible to consume. Nobody eats the cakes and croissants because they are not scary, so they leave the same cakes and croissants every day. I recommend NOT eating, a danger!! Total disgust wherever you look at it. They tell you there are garages, but there is never room. The worst hotel in Gualeguaychú.

Buildingly good, attentive staff. The bad thing is that the sheets and towels are a shame to throw away. They are black worn out. We should have asked for them to be changed. Another super noisy problem at night. People on the sidewalk, boys passing by. Bad cleaning hair in the bathroom. I will not come back

We went with my family to spend a day/night at the hotel with the aim of leaving very early the next day for Uruguay. When we arrived at Aguay, at 9:45, we requested to change the breakfast that corresponded to us the next day for the current day since we were going to leave at 5am. However, the person at the reception unfriendlyly did not authorize it. We start with a bad predisposition on your part. The quadruple room leaves a lot to be desired. I don't understand why they rate this hotel as 4 stars....The only really beautiful thing it has is the pool on the terrace. They must update **** and modernize their facilities.

Hotel that was left in time... dirty carpets, no water pressure, old furniture... and as if it were not enough, 29° and the pool under renovation. Another issue is breakfast: a disaster, everything in a package, crackers cookies , palmeritas, all packets of two, a vanilla sponge cake and white milk bread... and individual butter and jams (that is, nothing homemade or light), sachet juice and some croissants to forget. They offer you a garage but when you arrive there is no space, since obviously there are very few of them, so you have to leave it on the street. I would not return nor do I recommend it. The only notable thing is the attention of the guys at the reception

It is an old hotel with advantages and disadvantages. Among the advantages we could mention the size of the bathroom, the closet and the balcony of the room that overlooked the waterfront. What we liked least was the bed and the bedding. The room has air conditioning, a safe and a minibar, which was empty, but at the reception you could purchase drinks or request room service. On the third floor is the dining room where breakfast is served, the spa and the pool. The hotel also has its own parking lot subject to availability, excellent location and very good service from the staff.
