We really enjoyed our stay at the Relais. The hotel Is in the Heart of Umbria's Hills. From the hotel you can have a wonderful view of the green landscape. Our room was big enough for 2, with all the comforts. Everything was clean and new, the bed really comfortable. We used the spa and I need to mention Francesca for her service. Actually, at the Relais all the staff members were all.nice and kind with the guests.

Relais stupendo: stupenda la camera, stupenda la spa, buono il massaggio anche se c'è di meglio. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questo relais con un pacchetto " notte d'amore" e siamo rimasti soddisfatti, prezzo € 160,00. Però...la colazione bocciata. Per un prezzo così alto, mi sarei aspettata una colazione assolutamente migliore. DOLCI OSCENI ( scusatemi ma è la verità ), tra cornetti e crostate. Per il resto, non posso lamentarmi di nulla ma la colazione è sacra.

Abbiamo soggiornato il 25 aprile usufruendo della spa di coppia ad uso esclusivo e della camera in day use. Spa non eccessivamente grande ma pulita e ben organizzata; gradita l’idea della frutta fresca nell’angolo relax e tisaneria. L’ambiente è molto intimo e rilassante. Camera pulita dallo stile semplice e raffinato. Personale della reception cortese. Per mezza giornata un po’ costoso, ma meritevole.

Oggi 12 settembre 2025 mi reco in piscina! Vengo accompagnata e mi trovo da sola( non c'era altra gente)..... Appena rimasta sola mi accorgo che la piscina fredda e riscaldate erano sporchissime,piene di insetti in superficie e acqua maleodorante!! Sono rimasta per mezz'ora e poi non mi sembrava il caso di rimanere visto le condizioni pessime della piscina( oltretutto per essere un relais a 5 stelle).....vado dal ragazzo della reception e gli spiego il turno! Si scusa dicendo che non sapeva le condizioni della piscina e che ieri aveva piovuto ed era sporca,! Quello che mi è dispiaciuto di più è la presa in giro in quanto sapeva benissimo delle condizioni della piscina ma non mi ha detto niente!!!!......si è scusato e chiaramente per riparare il tutto mi offre un voucher per essere ospite la prossima volta senza pagare! Ma la serietà dov'è stata???? Sapeva delle condizioni igienico/ sanitarie della piscina ma sono stata mandata ugualmente a 25 euro a partire da mezz'oggiorno ! Per essere un relais a 5 stelle penso che ( parlo di oggi) ..... serietà più che zero! Nonostante il voucher gratis riparatore non mi vedevo più di sicuro!!!!

Sicuramente è stata una bellissima esperienza, abbiamo passato con loro il Capodanno festeggiandolo all'interno della struttura. La festa è stata molto carina con una cena degna di nota. Il Relais è molto bello e curato, ottima la pulizia e le camere sono provviste di tutti i confort. La Spa è ben fatta e molto grande, unico suggerimento e di prestare più attenzione alla gestione perchè abbiamo trovato la vasca idromassaggio ad una temperatura che la rendeva inutilizzabile. Personale tutto gentile e disponibile, bravi. Buona la colazione

Struttura ben tenuta e organizzazione perfetta. Abbiamo trascorso l'ultimo dell'anno in ambiente familiare e il menù era gustoso e ben presentato. Il personale molto cortese e professionale. Alessandro ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Struttura incantevole immersa nel verde, tra uliveti, vigneti e boschi in posizione strategica per visitare l'Umbria. Tutto molto curato dalla camera alle parti comuni con una bella piscina. Sicuramente qualche dettaglio organizzativo è da migliorare ma il tutto è ampiamente ripagato dalla disponibilità del personale. Ci ha colpito l' atenticità del luogo, ancorato nella storia e nella natura della campagna umbra.
