Casa Morelos by Barrio Mexico

チェックイン時に問題がありましたが、それ以外は概ね満足の滞在です。特に、屋上テラスが最高です。眺めよし。

In advance I will tell you that we were 4, two adults and two children of 18 and 15 years old, from the 6th to the 11th of April '23. They booked us into two rooms with a private bathroom each, a double sofa bed on the ground floor and a queen size bed on the mezzanine. Even without a TV, the facility looked dignified even with a window and iron doors, directly into the corridor, which produced quite a loud noise when they were opened and closed for the transit of guests. At night two young couples arrived and at 11pm they installed themselves on the terrace (where there is a shared kitchen which I know opens onto the hallway of the bedrooms) until 5.50am, and it was useless that I went up at midnight to ask him to lower the tone of voice and burst out laughing. The next day then, we have sensitized the person in charge, which in the end has proposed a movement, because if his intervention towards the couples did not produce results, we would have been left with insomnia again. So they send us to another facility where the appearance is better: they are actually fully equipped studios, kitchen, sofa bed, double bed, bathroom, TV. Much better, unless in the afternoon a local downstairs receives lgbtq+ who have a party every night, until midnight, fortunately. So the noise has been the constant negative of our stay in these facilities in the Mexico neighborhood and also the short response time to our requests, including cleaning and replacement of towels.

The establishment is very nice, but for the price paid, it is not suitable for me. Our bedroom no. 9 was not closed well on the side of the entrance and on the banks, which makes it possible to hear everything from the outside (and probably also from the inside out). There is no plaque that indicates if you like room cleaning. When asking about cleaning, a lady told us that the rooms are cleaned once a week and when I expressed surprise, she quickly changed it to twice a week. For tourists from further afield I also do not recommend this establishment in the area. We saw a lot of homeless/***** in the vicinity and it generally doesn't feel very safe up there.

Me encantó el estilo del hotel muy bonito súper tranquilo muy buena ubicación, la camarista excelente súper atenta y servicial. Rooftop muy bonito y buenas amenidades súper conveniente regresaría nuevamente sin problemas

La verdad el lugar es bonito pero les falta pintar y mantenimiento a las paredes y al baño.

Donde comenzar…Nunca me enviaron los datos para hacer check in/check out, prácticamente tienes que rogarles por la información. Nos quedamos en el estudio 2. Cuando llegamos el agua salía café de la regadera y lavabo, también nos dimos cuenta que las conexiones de luz únicamente funcionaba una, lo reporte por whatsapp y me ignoraron, con la situación del agua me indicaron que estaban arreglando un lavabo y que no podíamos hacer uso del agua, preguntamos si había una hora aproximada en la que se restablezca el servicio y únicamente me dijeron que “me tenía que esperar” y que “no sabian.” Considero que son responsables al menos de avisar que no va a haber agua así uno no les molesta. Después de esos incidentes no sentimos confianza de pedir nada más y mantuvimos 0 comunicación con el establecimiento. Los demás huéspedes fueron amables, y tal vez nos tocó suerte y gente tranquila porque no había ruido. El día del check out no hubo ningún mensaje por parte de ellos. Nos topamos a la camarera al salir y ni adiós nos dijo a pesar de que estábamos batallando para sacar nuestro equipaje, igual mientras estuvimos ahí fuimos cordiales y la saludábamos si la veíamos pero siempre su trato fue forzado y no emitía confianza el hablarle. Por el precio que se paga considero qué hay mejores opciones, prepárense para una experiencia y para que haya 0 contacto si necesitan algo durante la estancia. Decepcionante.

Excelente ubicación y el trato del personal de lo mejor...sus instalaciones muy acorde con el tipo de construcción!!!
