Many parts in the room need to be fix, the sing foucet was loosed, water from the shower was coming out to the bedroom.

Upon arrival the room selected had no windows. I asked for a riom with a window and was taken to a lower quality room, and tild it was the only other room available, but when I checked on ******* and their were better rooms qhen I asked aboit this they then relenteed and showed me the riom but only after i had unpacked in the other riom.
