When I checked into the bathroom, there was a pile of feces in the toilet that had not been flushed. I wonder why the room was being cleaned? The bath towel is dark. The windows were not sealed - there was a lot of noise from outside all night. The doorman was particularly bad. When he was asked to call a taxi, he called a shady taxi who had been in collusion with him for a long time. He didn't use the meter and ripped off customers. Never stay at this hotel again

I paid for a king suit with a street view. However the view was blocked by a large tree. Other that that everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed my room and breakfast buffet was awesome.

It was noisy with kids running around adults talking loud an laughing. We also asked for a blanket were told no blanket available but could send extra sheets, we said yes please. After an hour called again and they said will take them right away. For whatever reason they never made it to room. Need NEW towels too. Towels are very rough and look brown instead of white. They are gross. Had to go and by me towels cuz couldn’t get ourselves to use there’s.

Close to downtown tourist areas, feels unsafe outside at night, hotel clean, rooms and bed/ linens comfortable, breakfast buffet great with chef cooking whatever you like. Hotel has there own taxista to safely take you wherever you want .Travel in the evening bad if moving around the city .

I liked the location of the hotel. It's very convenient located in the central. Great restaurant inside, food tastes good. I was disappointed 1st night saw a mouse and cockroach. Friendly staff.

Excellent customer service, location, and easy pick up and drop off.
In the heart of downtown, but very safe place. You can safely walk or take the 'Calandrias' to enjoy the beautiful and historical surroundings. Tours available to get to know the city and other places.
