Very clean quiet friendly and helpful staff nice restaurants ambience and amazing waiters excellent food and beverages and the location is super close to tre center however the slop is little fatigued for older people To be highly recommended for all my acquantances

In this hotel it's the employees and the staff that makes the difference. Their friendlyness and willingness to perform at an absolute top level is most impressive. This hotel is extrememy well run. This hotel leaves nothing to be desired.

We have just enjoyed a week long family vacation at this cozy luxury hotel. This is the third time we come as a family to celebrate the new year and we leave super content and looking forward to coming back again soon. The staff has been super professional and accommodating to all our needs. I would like to give a special thanks to Gino and Merchi is housekeeping , the lovely maitre in the lobby bar and the Spanish waitress who served us by the fireplace on the evenings. We love the location, the ice skating ring, the pool and the views. The NYE dinner was epic !!! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful rooms, great food and amazing staff. Friendly, welcoming and professional. The place offers everything one come to expect from a reputable palace. Garaging for cars, pool is nice although could be better as quite small. Grounds are beautiful and only a few minutes walk from the center of Gstaad.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. The hotel is the best I have ever experienced. Certainly coming back to it. We were in between hotels and we choose yours because it had a neat and clean feel to it. We were fortunate and your hotel added to Gstaad experience in the best way.

The overall stay in Park Gstaad was perfect! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The ski shop also had everything you needed. The food in the lobby bar was amazing! Staff were also very friendly and recommended me food and drinks to try. I’m definitely booking again!!! Thank you again ;)

Even though there was no snow exceptionally this year, I enjoyed my stay at the Park hotel in Gstaad. A special Kudo for the room service on the fifth floor. I tend to go out late for dinner, and the ladies were always there with a smile, waiting to make up my room. A special thanks to Claudia, MONICA and LEAH.

I was surprised to see so many smiling faces all around the hotel; right from the arrival, Victor and his colleagues showed great hospitality, the Concierge guys Olmo and Nour so helpful and knowledgeable, the F&B staff as well very warm and accommodating (special mention to the French blonde lady - so delightful) and of course a big appreciation and gratitude to Claudia, Cristina and the entire HK team for always being very discreet with the service and leaving my room spotless. It is indeed a great team and so happy to have met several members with such a great attitude. Keep it up and see you next time.

The hotel is beautiful and located in the perfect spot. The views are great. the staff is really nice and helpful from the pick in the station to the reception desk and room service. I highly recommend this hotel.
