Lovely people and wonderful Hospitality service. Looking forward to visit again, also a young gentleman name Ivan from the F&B team did a excellent job during our stay. Great hotel, really recommend.

What can I say? I saw a young blonde woman with a lot of makeup, who was wearing my perfume, take my handbag to take pictures. I don't know if they stole money from me but I have the impression, apart from this the room was good, big. The restaurant has a rather strange atmosphere and few people eat there

hat to say about this hotel that has nothing left for him, between the spa which is ridiculous. The chambermaids who allow you to look in the lady’s bag?! I don’t know if we’ve had business stolen but it’s not a behavior to have. Two people did this, a blonde and a brunette with a Van Cleef necklace. Breakfast that passes just, quite strange restaurant, no customers and the food is not exceptional. No sport coach either.

Very quiet, no atmosphere, food is at best average & over priced. There are lots of good places to eat and stay in Gstaad, Ultima is not one of them. Staff are pleasant but this place is struggling to get the crowds in. If you like atmosphere and other guests I’d consider elsewhere.

We stayed for a friend’s wedding. Everything was exceptional. Nothing is too much for the staff and they really go the extra mile. Incredible service. The hotel and spa are beautiful. Food was brilliant too. Thank you very Ultima Gstaad - we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality. Nice breakfast served by chiara always smiling . She is too good with the service 👌👏👍. Smoth check in & nicely explained the facilities of the hotel by Aleksei 👏👏. Had a lovely time with Nuno. Who had made us travelled all over gstaaads. His knowledge was good about the place. 👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌👍👍
