Ultima initially messed up my reservation by contacting me and telling me that actually they're closing for the season at the halfway point of my 4-day stay. It was frustrating but they made up for the inconvenience with a high level of hospitality. The food and drinks were good, and I loved having a cigar with my dinner. The hotel itself is superb, and the spa is incredible. Service was top notch, and everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful.

My stay at the Hotel Ultima in Gstaad was perfect in every way. The rooms are spacious, modern, and at the same time very comfortably furnished—a place where you immediately feel at home. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always eager to fulfill your every wish. I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful spa area, which is absolutely impressive in terms of both its facilities and atmosphere. Everything was of the highest standard—a stay that leaves nothing to be desired. Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

What can I say? I saw a young blonde woman with a lot of makeup, who was wearing my perfume, take my handbag to take pictures. I don't know if they stole money from me but I have the impression, apart from this the room was good, big. The restaurant has a rather strange atmosphere and few people eat there
