Habe ein Zimmer zur Sonnenseite bei 28Grad bekommen.Habe mich über die Hitze darin beschwert.Ventilator vorhanden, aber als ich mich gegen 21:00 zum offenen Fenster hinauslehnte um kühlere Luft zu erhalten, stellte ich fest dass die Heizung auf 3 lief. Was für eine Nachlässigkeit. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und unaufmerksam Nie wieder!

Il punto forte di questo albergo è la gestione totalmente italiana: tutti parlano almeno un po' l'idioma italico, per cui chi non mastica l'inglese non avrà problemi. Vista dalla camera sul fiume spettacolare. Camera piccola. opulenta ma che necessita di qualche rimodernamento: mobili vecchi e poco funzionali, cuscini scomodissimi. La notte la camera diventa soffocante, il mattino è molto umida per la vicinanza al fiume. Da migliorare la reception: personale gentile e molto disponibile, ma impreparato nel fornire informazioni e assistenza. Abbiamo chiesto un po' di informazioni per raggiungere Monaco e le risposte erano molto lacunose. Ci è stato consigliato di prendere i mezzi nonostante avessimo necessità di arrivare in macchina, non si sapeva nulla del bollino verde necessario a entrare in centro, su una richiesta lavorativa su dove reperire del materiale il vuoto. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Colazione mesta: prodotti italiani sì, ma industriali. Per mangiare le uova bisognava azzeccare il momento in cui il cuoco era presente nella fascia oraria dedicata alla colazione. Dati i prezzi di Monaco è stato un ottimo appoggio prenotato un po' all'ultimo, abbordabile. Per andare in città è comodissimo, ma serve la macchina anche per raggiungere i mezzi (il cammino a piedi è in salita su dei tornanti). Tornando indietro e avendo la possibilità di prenotare per tempo, non ci tornerei.
