The hotel is very new. The rooms are spacious and the living is comfortable. The disadvantages are that it is far from the airport and the city. The subway transportation cost is expensive.

The room was really well furnished and a good size, the room also had a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was delicious, the selection wasn't that big, but it has everything you need to start the day well. Public transport connection is great, 2 minutes walk to the train station, about 17 minutes to the Marienplatz train station and bus station is about 100 m away. There were also plenty of free parking spaces near the hotel. Only downside was that our room wasn't cleaned a single rag when we stayed there, we stayed 3 nights. But otherwise we were super happy with the hotel and the location. So far is our best and cheapest hotel in Munich! Thanks very much! :)

We were really delighted with our stay at Rioca. Very good value for money. I stayed in a lot of hotels but this room/apartment is definitely going into top of the list of places that I've been. It was amazing, with all the little things that were taken care of, kitchen with dishwasher, bluetooth mirror... Bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and kind. When I come to Munich next time I'm definitely staying here again. Only thing that could be improved is breakfest which is maybe too expensive for the things it offers. Everything was delicious but it was missing some stuff such as omlette, bacon, sasusages...

Me and my boyfriend had the opportunity to spend 3 fantastic nights in Rioca. Our room was perfect for the two of us, it had everything we needed. The underground parking was a huge plus, it was reassuring that our beloved car was safe during our stay. The staff was extremely kind, our check-in and check-out both went smoothly. Overall this whole place with its brazilian vibes made us feel like time stopped for a few days and we could finally relax there.

The hotel was clean, the rooms looked nice and colourful, the location was good with easy acxess to S-bahn and U-bahn. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms came with a well equipped kitchen as promised. The design of the rooms are quite trendy and futuristic with optimum utilization of space. Gym has all the basic equipment which helps to ensure your workout routine is not broken. Both S Bahn and U Bahn stops are within walkable distance which was helpful in travelling around
