This review is for the restaurant, not the hotel! The beer garden is nice with a good vibe. The restaurant inside is well appointed with minimalistic decor (great). Restrooms are clean and modern. Staff and food however are either really good or a total miss. We went twice in August, both times staff was ok-ish (they can and do look the other way if you need anything). Once the food was good, the next time food was hardly doable. My 14 year old boy even complained that his Schnitzel was dry and didn’t eat all of it (and we all know that 14 year old boys are food vacuums).

Ich hätte gern auch eine sehr gute Bewertung geschrieben, denn wir hätten uns mit dem Zimmer, dem Ambiente, dem tollen und hilfsbereiten Service, dem guten Essen etc. sehr wohlgefühlt. Doch dann wollten wir nach der gelungenen Hochzeitsfeier (bis 23:00h) ins Bett gehen... Allein: Nebenan war ein Saal für eine andere Feier vermietet worden, und weithin dröhnte die halbe Nacht die Partymusik. Als ich um 2:30h (!!!), nach zweieinhalb schlaflosen Stunden wieder aufstand um mich bei dem (sehr freundlichen) Personal zu beschweren, wurden mir von den Gästen Prügel angedroht und mir mehrfach lautstark erklärt, man habe 16.000 € bezahlt und den Saal bis um 3 (in Worten "DREI") Uhr gemietet!!! Sorry, aber da hilft ein kleiner Hinweis in der Buchungsbestätigung nicht mehr, dass man an Wochenenden die Nachtruhe nicht garantieren könne!! Bis Mitternacht - okay, von mir aus auch noch bis eins, aber bis drei Uhr!! Keine gute Empfehlung wenn man Hotelzimmer vermietet!! Ich denke anderswo wäre das ein Fall für die Polizei wg. nächtlicher Ruhestörung! Solche Doppelbuchungen gehen einfach gar nicht.
