Imagine a hotel without a receptionist, and people put down the telephone at the number given, while you are desperately trying to get your room number and access code - just 10 minutes before closing time. I won't ever use it again, even if I have to pay more elsewhere.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Room is spacious. The so-called 24/7 assistance phone line was unanswered 8 out of 10 times! The posted check in time is 1500 but the actual check in time was 1600. The extra 1 hour wait was hellidh in howling wind and pouring rain. No service to speak of, since the phone was unanswered.

We liked the apartment on the beautiful Snæfellsnes peninsula. The apartment was well equipped with a small kitchen, and there was also a coffee machine and a toaster. The beds were comfortable, there were cupboards, and a pull-out couch next to the seating area. There was enough space for the three of us.
However, we did not receive the access code from Trip.Com. The landlord did not respond to our email request. There was a telephone in the stairwell with a telephone number, a piece of paper, and a pen. We called and received the number code straight away. The house looks like a former office building, and our view from the window was of the parking lot. The bed linen was clean, but looked worn. Please replace it.
There is a restaurant, pharmacy, groceries, and a bathroom nearby. Unfortunately, we did not see any fresh fish directly from the fisherman.

The bed was great! The quilt is very warm! This is the best service for long-distance travelers.
Towels, bath towels, and very sufficient kitchen supplies are provided, which is very suitable for friends who travel independently.
There is a local supermarket nearby. Although you can do small purchases and don’t want to cook, there are also restaurants downstairs to choose from~
