I was traveling through Italy and needed a place to stay overnight. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly; the room was clean and spacious; there is plenty of parking. I didn’t eat at the hotel or use its fitness center, but everything I saw was clean. The pillow could have been a bit softer, but other than that, a great place to stay if you are in the region.

Ho pernottato due notti nella parte hotel. Il personale molto cortese e la colazione varia e con buoni prodotti. Camera molto spaziosa e con un terrazzino. L’albergo è lontano da tutto e per avere un taxi bisogna prenotarlo 12 ore prima, ma questo non è certo colpa dell’hotel. Peccato la poca cura delle stanze. La prima notte, non volendo utilizzare il copriletto volevo prendere la coperta a disposizione nella stanza, ma era ricoperta da uno strato di polvere e ho lasciato perdere. Il bagno è pieno di calcare, sia la doccia e il bidè… e nell’angolo della stanza c’era una ragnatela. Viste le belle recensioni della parte motel, forse bisognerebbe curare meglio la parte hotel.

non tutti sono alla ricerca di questo tipo di hotel , esteticamente stupendo , servizio ottimo ma ha una pecca …visto la tipologia di servizi che offre mi sarei aspettata un servizio tv gratis , mi sarei aspettata la vista film”hot” non a pagamento suggerisco una modifica e completamento del favoloso discreto servizio offerto

Bonjour, J'ai séjourné dans votre hôtel du 27 au 30 octobre 2023 . Le personnel a été parfait et s'est rendu disponible. En effet, l'hôtesse d'accueil a fait preuve d'empathie en acceptant de changer ma chambre . Je suis atteint d'une maladie qui m'affaiblit et étant en chimiothérapie qui joue sur mon moral. Je souhaitais vous remercier et elle plus spécialement l'hôtesse d'accueil pour sa gentilesse et son sens du service impeccable. Super Hôtel et trés confortable . Philippe .

Arrivati in tarda notte receptionist molto accogliente, ci ha consigliato bene anche se eravamo solo di passaggio. Camera molto belle anche se avevo solo una standard. Letto comodo e bagno splendido con doccia grande. Consiglierei molto un soggiorno qui.

L'Hotel è nuovo, pulito, ha camere moderne e spaziose con bagno superlativo. Si trova in posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni in una zona periferica ma servitissima con aree commerciali e comunque all'ingresso del paese. Lo consideriamo tra le basi di appoggio per visitare la zona. Prezzo adeguato ai servizi. Non abbiamo preso la colazione perché in generale preferiamo le pasticcerie.

Volevo segnalare il comportamento sicuramente non professionale e maleducato del personale al momento del checkout. Visibilmente in difficoltà al momento del pagamento tramite carta di credito, è stato capace di incolpare me per non avere posizionato il pos in maniera corretta.. 18 minuti dj attesa per ridarmi carta di credito e documenti senza neanche salutare e ringraziare. Pessima figura

Eine unerwartet fantastische Erfahrung! Das Hotel ist unfassbar modern und hat mich enorm beeindruckt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hotels sind auf einem 6-Sterne Niveau, das man in dieser Region nicht erwartet hätte. Besonders positiv sind 2 Dinge: 1.) das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. 2.) Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, das Badezimmer de luxe, und besonders beeindruckend war der eigene Fahrstuhl von der zugewiesenen Parkplatzbox direkt in das Zimmer. Wer der Route zwischen Bergamo und Brescia/Venedig unterwegs ist oder vom Flughafen Bergamo fliegen möchte, sollte sich hier einmieten - Hammer! Ich persönlich habe auf dem Weg von der Cote d'Azur in die Schweiz zwei Nächte pausiert. Ich kann das M Viola Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanke mich beim gesamten Team für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.
