English: My husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in Turin, a city unknown to us and I booked two nights in this hotel through their website, after comparing the rates on Booking, at a cost of €205 including breakfast, wi-fi and free parking. We chose this hotel because of the reviews we had read and the very fair rates compared to other places we had seen, even though it was about 10 km away from the centre. After our stay I can say that it was the best choice for us to visit the city and enjoy the tranquility of the place, because even being able to have parking in front of the room is no small thing. On the advice of someone we then left the car parked in Corso Francia and from there took the metro which for a paltry cost of €1.70 takes you comfortably to the centre without having to think about the restricted traffic zone, the problem of where to park, the cost etc. The hotel is located at the entrance to a private road on a roundabout (in fact we had initially made a mistake because we couldn't find the entrance, there were no signs for directions). Once we arrived we were a bit surprised because it was the first time we checked in in drive-in mode from the car, we were given room no. 204 which is located almost at the end of the hotel and each room has parking right in front of the room door with a divider on the right and left and a curtain to pull down and cover the back of the car for privacy. The large room with a double bed, a small table with two chairs, a large window, a large mirror on one wall, a flat screen TV, a minibar. The bathroom has a sink, courtesy kit, a hairdryer, a toilet, a bidet and a large shower, towels. Everything is very clean and functional. Free Wi-Fi and it works by simply connecting to the network without using a password. I would have liked to find in the room, for example, a sheet with the hotel rules explicitly stated, for example, that Wi-Fi is freely available without a password, breakfast times and check-out times, and the prices of the minibar. Another thing I would have liked in the room was an extra blanket since the temperature in the room wasn't the warmest. Breakfast is served next to what would be the hall, a buffet with a wide choice of sweet and savory, fresh fruit, packaged snacks, juices, coffee machine, tea etc. In short I must say that nothing to say for breakfast, everything very well cared for and good and compliments to the very welcoming and helpful staff. We really appreciated this hotel and if we were to return to Turin we would not hesitate to book here again. Compliments above all for the courtesy and welcome of the staff, something very rare these days!
