床單枕頭明顯就是沒換過，馬桶無法沖水，30元的招待所也比這裏乾淨，這樣的賓館是怎麼開到現在的

Ребята, мы остановились здесь на 1 ночь в середине ноября 2024. Здесь большие номера и много места на парковке. Но все остальное-это кошмар. На ресепшн никогда никого нет. Телефоны на визитке не отвечают. Постельное белье и халаты-черные. Телевизор невозможно включить без техника, который приходит в течение часа. Ужасная слышимость не даёт отдохнуть ночью. Номера сдают грязными. В моем были женские трусы, например. Завтрак-очень слабый и невкусный. В номере полно насекомых-муравьи или жуки какие-то. О вежливости, извинениях, объяснениях по жалобам и речи быть не может. Мы рекомендуем избегать визитов сюда. Хотя, конечно, вам решать...

Бронировали у туроператора пегас номер стандарт (на фото все номера стандарты с окнами, делюкс с панорамными окнами). В итоге заселили в номер без окон и сказали, что у них все стандарты без окон. Переселять в нормальный номер не захотели. Говорят, пишите отзывы - вот и вся клиентоориентированность.
