Every thing was ok really nice room until we turned off the lights.The cockroaches were so bad my wife slept in the car .It was disgusting I have pictures of dead roaches that I had to kill.

The worst stay I have ever had 3rd shift accused my husband of being someone else kicked him out of the hotel we have never stayed there before. They wouldn't look at his id to prove he wasn't this person just told him to leave. Then because I asking to speak to management then told me to leave. Never in my life have I been so I'm embarrassed. I will never stay at a hotel owned by that company and I'll make sure everyone knows what they did.

Beware lead based paint polling off ceiling in room and hallway not worth risking your safety stay else we’re no hot breakfast only give oatmeal and coffee juice machine broken down said not going replace cost to much money

The TV remote would not operate the TV. Desk clerk gave me a different one that didn't operate the TV and said they probably couldn't fix the problem. Online said breakfast included and it was a sorry continental at best.ice machine and soda machine were both out of order.

If you’re arriving late and leaving early next morning then this place is ok because nothing worth hanging around for. Water fountain was broken, ice machine broken, juice machine broken. Breakfast was terrible and we didn’t touch it. Coffee was lightly coloured brown water. Horrible.
As for the room, it was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Room was clean, but the remodel was definitely rushed. Every noise in the hallway or outside could be heard from inside the room as well. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would spend the extra money and stay next door!

Room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ice machine was broken. That would be nice to have working. I would have no problem staying there again.

This place is more smoke filled than a ******! They demand proof of my medical condition for my service dog and wjen i refused they said its a $40 charge for pets when the sign by the counter and the website says $10. I left after realizing the room was smoked out and the guy at the deak said the website lied its not a smoke free hotel. DISGUSTING!
