L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, praticamente di fronte al mare con una visuale ottima (noi avevamo una camera fronte mare ovviamente). Abbiamo preso una delle suite disponibili: camera grande e ben organizzata, bagno grande e in buono stato. Mi aspettavo la vasca idromassaggio che avevo visto in foto ma probabilmente si riferiva d un'altra suite presente nella struttura. Il personale è gentile e disponibile sia quello di reception che quello di sala (per la colazione) che non ci ha fatto mancare assolutamente nulla. Unica pecca è lo stato generale della struttura (esterni) che sembra un po' trasandato, dettagli poco curati, manutenzione da fare in alcuni spazi (terrazzi, area piscine).

Tutto da rivedere, sono stato con la mia famiglia 5 giorni in questo hotel 4 stelle (ma dove?). Servizio ristorazione da pensione o b&b se non chiedi non mangi totalmente improvvisati. Abbiamo deciso il terzo giorno di non supplicare i camerieri di essere serviti aspettando che qualcuno ci portasse qualcosa dell ordinato, risultato: dopo un ora e mezzA tuti erano al dolce a noi neanche un antipasto, segnaliamo la cosa alla direzione, ci viene risposto penso dal proprietario che i camerieri sono tanti e difficili da gestire, risultato alle 15:00 siamo andati a mangiare fuori a nostre spese. Mia figlia è celiaca e nonostante segnalata e scritta ha mangiato sempre dopo tutti. Siamo sempre in un 4 stelle ma non so se sono stelle o i giorni che fanno passare per spolverare le stanze vedete la foto io sono allergico alla polvere ho passato 5giorni di cortisone , esperienza pessima mai più. A dimenticavo una cosa precisa sono stati i conti dove nonostante i disservizio riconosciuti hanno voluto fino agli ultimi 26 centesimi

Ho soggiornato con l’opzione B&B, camere pulite, le inservienti gentili, disponibilissime e super professionali, ogni volta che tornavo in camera era letteralmente nuova di pacca. Reception disponibilissima anche con info su posti da visitare e ristoranti da non farsi scappare vicino la struttura. Ristorante dell’hotel voto 5/5 sia sul servizio che sulla cucina, maitre di sala sempre sorridente, spicca subito la sua professionalità e la sua capacità di contatto con il pubblico, riuscendo a gestire anche le richieste “colorite” della mia compagna, sicuramente non la cliente più “facile” del mondo. Buffet delle colazioni ampio e variegato. Se siete in zona non fatevelo scappare. Posti macchina comodi adiacenti alla struttura.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte (per fortuna) in questo "hotel". Personale cordiale ma con la camera non ci siamo affatto per essere un 4 stelle. Per accedere alla camera bisogna fare solo le scale perché l'ascensore non c'è. Aria condizionata c'era al momento della prenotazione ma arrivati in camera, abbiamo scoperto che non era funzionante. Scarsa pulizia della camera, nel bagno eravamo in due ma gli asciugamani erano presenti per una sola persona. Presente solo un microtubetto di gel doccia sufficiente a malapena per una persona. Tavoletta del WC crepata con truciolato in vista così come l'arredo bagno. La finestra del bagno con vetro trasparente senza tenda, non si poteva chiudere (poiché rotta), quindi restava sempre aperta. Colazione misera con scarse fettine di torte tra l'altro senza un coperchio ma erano appoggiate su un tavolo senza alcuna copertura. Per 100 euro a notte, consiglio vivamente di andare altrove.

L’hotel molto ampio si trova in una posizione invidiabile rispetto al mare: basta attraversare la strada!!!Con una passeggiata sul lungomare ricco di palme in circa dieci minuti si arriva al centro di Grottammare. La mia esperienza durante il soggiorno è stata molto positivo. Ero con un gruppo facente parte di un Centro Sociale di Milano. La mia camera vista piscina e vista mare era ampia e luminosa come il bagno finestrato. TUTTO il personale gentilissimo e disponibile ma sento di dovere un ringraziamento particolare e speciale al cuoco che ci ha deliziato con i suoi manicaretti, a Michele instancabile e sempre sorridente e a Lucia della reception pronta ad esaudire ogni richiesta!! Da ritornarci molto volentieri e ovviamente lo consiglio
