Valentino Resort

We returned to Valentino for the second time after 15 years and had excellent memories of it. The structure is still beautiful and clean, except for some small defects in the rooms (bathrooms without windows and very narrow, single rooms inside the apartments without mirrors and lamps). The thing that really left us perplexed and for which we will not return to Valentino is the inattention of the staff (every morning five of us had breakfast and every morning there was no place at the table) and the treatment reserved for vegetarian/vegan customers. We had informed the hotel restaurant (where we dined à la carte) that two of us would be vegetarians, but, except for the first evening, the proposals have always been burgers and meatballs from the supermarket and grilled vegetables (never legumes, never cheeses ). Furthermore, the vegetarian "menu" was announced verbally by the waiter, who implicitly urged us to choose the courses immediately, without us having time to think like the rest of the diners. As for breakfast, we had communicated that one of us would need vegan options due to health problems. The first morning they showed us four high quality pastry croissants, while the next day four arrived clearly frozen and all chocolate, plus from that day they brought whole vegan tarts to the table (terrible), as if they wanted to underline that they had bought them especially for us (which a waiter also did, clearly telling us that it was he who went to buy the vegan croissants every morning). Naturally, when we asked for savory options for breakfast, we were offered grilled vegetables. In 2022 it is inconceivable not to have vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu and vegan desserts in the breakfast buffet, but it is even worse that customers with special needs have to point them out throughout the holiday and constantly feel uncomfortable.

Bellissimo resort con stanze splendide, ottimi servizi e personale giovane ed in gamba. Ottima colazione, spa carinissima, parcheggio, camere con idromassaggio, la struttura é ottima sia per svago che per lavoro. Torneremo sicuramente

La struttura è ben posizionata direttamente sul mare, con una vista panoramica che ne accresce il valore. L’edificio esterno è curato e dispone di un garage spazioso per gli ospiti. Gli ambienti interni sono ampi e ben distribuiti, mantenuti in ottime condizioni. La nostra stanza, particolarmente spaziosa, era dotata di due bagni e si prestava ad ospitare comodamente più di quattro persone, configurandosi come un piccolo appartamento con vista sul mare. La stanza inoltre era dotata di un grandissimo terrazzo che ne aumentava la bellezza. La colazione è ricca e varia, con una selezione di prodotti freschi e di buona qualità, in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di una clientela diversificata. La spa, elegante e ben organizzata, offre numerosi servizi aggiuntivi, completando l’offerta benessere della struttura. Il ristorante, direttamente collegato all’hotel e con vista sul mare, propone piatti abbondanti, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il servizio è altamente professionale, con un personale competente e attento alle necessità degli ospiti. Il cenone di Capodanno è stato ben organizzato, con una proposta gastronomica ricca e un intrattenimento adeguato, che ha contribuito a una serata piacevole. Il personale, sia in hotel che nel ristorante, si distingue per la competenza e la disponibilità, garantendo un servizio puntuale ed efficiente. In sintesi, la struttura offre un equilibrio ideale tra comfort, qualità dei servizi e posizione. La professionalità del personale e l’attenzione ai dettagli rendono questo hotel una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un soggiorno di alto livello, all’insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Un’esperienza da ripetere senza esitazioni.

Siamo stati ospiti a settembre, la camera era stupenda con un balcone vista mare, letti comodi e bagno spazioso, attrezzata anche con una bella cucina, il tutto tenuto in condizioni eccellenti. Sul tetto un rooftop con una jacuzzi e bar e vista 360. Esternamente una piscina con idromassaggi e a piedi attraversando la strada, lo stabilimento convenzionato con un ristorante ottimo anche a cena e un personale davvero gentile e alla mano. All'interno dell'Hotel abbiamo trovato un personale sia di sala che di reception, sempre cortese e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Bici comprese nel pernottamento, davvero comode e per tutte le età. La colazione è superba, veramente tantissima scelta di dolce e salato anche per intollerante al lattosio. Uova e pancake espressi, e davvero tanta cordialità. Parcheggio coperto molto spazioso anche per noi che abbiamo un Suv molto grande. Unica pecca la spa All'interno, che non è inclusa, e dove mi sono davvero trovato male con i massaggi. Personale molto freddo e distaccato, massaggio veramente deludente e alla fine nessuna tisana o bevanda calda ma solo il saldo..... un vero peccato ma non è colpa dell'Hotel visto che la gestione è separata. Comunque da tornare sicuramente in estate e inverno!!!

ottimo boutique hotel proprio sul lungomare di grottammare al confine con san benedetto del tronto. garage interno comodo e gratuito. l'unico consiglio è quello di non richiedere la pulizia della camera e mettere i propri valori in cassaforte
