A**osphere was warm and inviting upon entering. However, in the room nothing smelled clean or fresh. And they are definitely overpriced. Why I would not go back - when my daughter pulled back her blanket, there were small smears of a brown substance on the white sheets. Need I say more?

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I understand that hotels can be old and not updated, and I understand that it's covid times and maybe finding help is hard. But this room was ABSOLUTELY not acceptable to have people stay in- it's honestly a health hazzard and I'll probably be reaching out to the health depar**ent next. There was trash from previous occupants still on the ground, the air conditioning unit aws blowing so much mold or mildew into the room that I immediately had a full blown asthma attack and had to go outside to use my rescue inhaler, there was mold on the towels for the bathroom, mold and mildew all over the tub, and no screen in the window when we tried to air out the mustiness. This hotel should not be on your website, and should not be in business period until they can fix these issues. Disappointed is an understatement- because of this I had to take benadryl before attending a wedding which made me groggy and out of it, then had to return back to the hotel and sleep with a wide open window allowing bugs in and no relief in the heat.

Room was absolutely disgusting with garbage in the corners of the rooms, hair in the bathroom/shower, sink didn’t drain, stained sheets, dead bugs, and the mini fridge wasn’t plugged in and smelled awful. Told management at the front desk and was given another room that still wasn’t the greatest but was WAY better than the first. Management was very nice and apologized repeatedly for the first room we were given and even gave us a partial refund but because we booked thru *******, it’s almost impossible to get the “refund” since we used a third party. Tried to contact ******* by phone and their messaging service, but that was a complete joke because they couldn’t “find” our itinerary confirmation # or reservation for that matter. Lesson learned to NEVER book a nonrefundable room and to never book thru ******* because there customer service is nonexistent. Management was the only positive outcome in this experience and thankfully we were only staying the night.

It is old and tired from the outside. Lobby had an odor. Looking in the room windows from parking lot-nasty curtains. We did not stay. It is in a good location for the sub base. Overpriced for what you get, the management should refresh the property.

I attended a conference here in a large ballroom. Based on that experience, I would not even consider paying to stay in a room here. The place was old, dirty, dilapidated carpet, lightbulbs missing from fixtures, bathrooms with peeling paint and dirty. There was nothing at all appealing about the place. Plenty of other places to stay at in the area.

Lobby rundown. No staff there when I arrived because clerk had to run to the next building “to lock up the laundry room.” She was nice though. In my room, signs here and there of previous occupant. Bed comfortable enough and dressed the modern way with sheeting only. Outside dead still but I could hear every footstep of the people above me and they didn’t settle in until after midnight. Heat-cooler under window worked fine and not intolerably loud. Three plugs in whole room. One behind a bed. One much overused one next to the foot of a bed. One three prong behind the mini-frig. I had to pull that out and unplug the microwave in order to use the coffeemaker. No plug at all in bathroom-vanity area. None. The place was incredibly easy to find. Right off the highway and a right turn in.

Horrible, Dirty ,dated and smelled musty. We got switched last minute by ******* . We booked a hotel with a pool. No pool here. Water stained curtains. We went out for the day and got another call while at the aquarium that there was a misunderstanding and to stop at the desk. We were told that they thought we left and the maintenance man put all our stuff in a trash bag. He had the wrong room. This was the same guy that opened our door that am as I was changing. Seriously what kind of crazy freak show is this. GM offered us to stay 1 night free. uh no thank you

We have stayed at this hotel many time in the past but I don’t know what happened to it. My guess-Covid. They must have lost a great deal of revenue on bookings and as a result they have no money to improve. The property is old and run down. As you are entering the hotel you can see pavers crumbling and missing. There are ****s where flowers should be. Not very inviting. We checked in, given our keys and proceeded to the room. Upon entering I could see that the room wasn’t even made up. Going in the bedroom area the sheets were piled up on the bed and even had blood on it! Gross! Immediately went down to the front desk. The clerk was apologetic and gave us keys to another room. This time she accompanied us to the room. We went in. Looked ok but as I said before it is very run down. They tried to make it look updated by installing new carpet but it didn’t help. To make matters worse on check-out day as I was sitting on the bed, a roach started crawling down the wall. Good thing we were checking out because we would not have stayed there. As with our experience with other cheap hotels, we NEVER leave food on the counter. Everything goes into the refrigerator. The restaurant in the hotel was closed. No more hot breakfast. It consisted of store- bought pre-packaged muffins, coffee, apple juice and water. This place is in a good location. Close to Mohegan Sun. It has good bones. But until they get their act together, we will never stay here again. They did adjust the price at the end but it didn’t make up for the bad experience we had. Stay someplace else. You get what you pay for!

Would not stay here again. The police were here when we arrived at the room across the hall and again an hour later. Didn’t feel like a safe place to stay. Very run-down hotel. It would have been a nice place to stay in the 70’s but that seems to be the last time it was updated. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice but the room smelled musty. No soap in the room. The refrigerator and microwave worked. Breakfast was a muffin, coffee and bottle of water. If you can find somewhere else to stay, I would. No bugs in the room but mildew in the shower.
