Le stanze sono un po' troppo datate, il bagno é privo di areatore, le tende erano sporchissime e consunte. La colazione, servita fino alle 10.00, é di scarsa qualità e quantità (non viene reintegrata quindi, anche alle 9.00 si trovano gli avanzi di chi é arrivato prima). Impossibile usufruire della spa troppo affollata perché accettano anche persone esterne all'hotel. Il personale di sala é incompetente oltre che maleducato. Non é in buona posizione se si vuole visitare il centro città. In una sola parola: PESSIMO.

I stayed in this hotel during the New Year’s Eve and it was a pleasure to live the enthusiasm they could transfer to the clients with the different events they created. I loved to see the waiters coming out the kitchen with several dishes. Every year the clerk needs something different so for this period the entire organization was appreciable. I would organize differently the music proposal. Sometimes it was too loud and too intrusive. I believe music could be managed better. I have to thank Matteo, the waiter assigned to my table from the second evening who, in cooperation with the reception, the Altair association and the cooking department helped me to feel comfortable with my allergies. I ate delicacies. I think it is important to improve the second courses. They are not eatable sometimes or anonymous. I hope we could train many Matteos in the future who try to be very gentle and professional.

We were here second time with our little kid and we really like this camping! All personal super cute and helpful, especially animators! Animation works all day for kids and adults.
