We spent only one night in this hotel because we were passing through Grosseto. What can I say? The location is not exactly exciting because it overlooks a state road full of gas stations and is outside Grosseto but it is a fairly new hotel, with large spacious rooms and large balconies and a very convenient parking lot right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, well stocked and in a fairly large room. The girl at the reception was kind and helpful. I must say that as a choice for one night it was a good one, I do not recommend it if you want to stay in the center of Grosseto.

Apparently modern structure but with several flaws. Rooms with basic services that do not reflect the photos published on the websites. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. At breakfast after 8 in the morning there is little and the buffet is no longer refilled because the dining room staff is more interested in clearing the table than in the needs of the guest. After breakfast, when we went back to the room, we did not find the towels because they were taken by the service staff before checkout. Reported the inconvenience to the reception no reaction .... no explanation. Zero hospitality and a lot of presumption. Never again!

Excellent for what it needs to do. We needed a hotel for the night and the hotel is conveniently located on a main road that connects Grosseto. Hotel with parking, rooms that are adequate, even with a terrace. Friendly staff and varied breakfast. From the hotel to the center it is a few minutes by car.

Viaggio x lavoro una notte domenica su lunedì. 1° Checkin fino alle 22 2° Matrimoniale uso singola con colazione trovo la loro offerta a 69eurini 3° Camera più che decorosa 4° Colazione con buon assortimento e comunque: dolce/salato/affettati/frutta/cereali e ovviamente bar non macchinette. 5° Personale receptionist e staff tutti professionali e cordiali Devo continuare......alla faccia di chi come spesso accade mette recensioni tanto per o a volte peggio di come veramente sta. Tutti lavoriamo e quando c'è da pubblicizzare il giusto rapporto qualità prezzo sono il primo Grazie e complimenti!!!

Buongiorno mi presento, mi chiamo Rosita Morrone,e ho soggiornato ieri sera(30/6/2023).... intanto che aspetto che ci sia l acqua calda.....( è da ieri che hanno problemi e dicono di risolvere...) vorrei precisare alcune cose. Pulizie camera non ci sono parole...tanta polvere e FORMICHE. Aria condizionata SPENTA ALL ARRIVO.(Abbiamo precisato che viaggiava con noi un GATTO DOMESTICO) esperanto che dopo 6 ore di macchina ,almeno l aria fosse ACCESA TUTTO QUESTO ALLA MODICA CIFRA 130EURO..DA PRECISARE 10 EURO PER IL GATTO!!?? Sicuramente NON TORNERÒ MAI PIU....

Bellissima esperienza quella avuta all' Hotel i Crespi. Struttura moderna e pulita. Spazi comuni confortevoli Camere belle e pulite. Personale professionale e gentile. Colazione buona con molta scelta tra colazione dolce e salata.Consigliatissimo .

Pulito, ben tenuto, reception veramente gentile ed educata prezzo giusto..unica pecca camere fredde, e termosifone in bagno spento..oltretutto capitato in settimana fredda. Ribadisco, chi fa una vita in giro guarda pulizia, ma un po di calore non guasta
