Fattoria Maremmana

I wanted to give my husband four days of relaxation for his birthday, but the most important need for us is that before we can feel good, our three furry little girls must feel good. The location is dog-sized, comfortable rooms all with private garden, immense dog area and swimming pool dedicated to them.. but not only that, excellent breakfast, super aperitifs by the pool and excellent restaurant.. friendliness and kindness.. I highly recommend both for those who have and for those who don't have a furry friend. .we will return

And we're at 3! Third year on the farm, and as usual, leaving again is a struggle, alleviated only by the certainty that we will see each other again very soon! It's impossible not to appreciate a place where tranquility, serenity, high level of preparation, impeccable service and lots of smiles reign! Impeccable structure that offers accommodations capable of satisfying every need of humans and 4-legged animals, excellent cleanliness, staff always present, welcoming, highly trained and never intrusive, top breakfast and restaurant capable of offering true taste experiences, in an environment that knows how to be informal and elegant at the same time. This year we also found the wonderful novelty of the dog pool for exclusive use, a plus for those with elderly dogs and/or with physical difficulties, to allow them a nice swim in peace! Lola, Bard, Lina and Poldo thank you 😘 You are simply superlative, everyone, everyone. We've been home for 3 days and already can't wait to go back!

Non tutte le vacanze sono uguali: arrivata al campeggio ho scoperto che il monolocale era indegno per chiunque. Il wc era cementato nel piatto doccia, la cucina e il frigorifero erano in una specie di cortile con pareti basse e senza condizionatore. Il ristorante (una mensa in realtà) adiacente al palco dove facevano la baby dance, ad un volume talmente alto che era impossibile instaurare una conversazione. Sono fuggita immediatamente e il giorno dopo sono approdata a La Fattoria Maremmana. Qui sono stata accolta con educazione e professionalità, da persone che mi ripetevano “non si preoccupi ci pensiamo noi, le si goda le ferie, si riposi”. Posto molto curato, appartamenti con giardino recintato, barbecue e amaca. Materasso comodissimo e mega-doccia jacuzzi. Le piscine per le persone sono pulite, ordinate e mai affollate. Nella piscina per cani l’acqua viene cambiata ogni giorno per garantire pulizia e sicurezza. Altre chicche sono: area sgambamento cani che sarebbe più corretto chiamare parco, area agility, centro massaggi e giochi. La colazione presenta prodotti locali e genuini, viene servita all’aperto sotto un gazebo silenzioso, con tavoli ben distanziati e puoi essere scortato dal tuo amico peloso. Il ristorante Enfasi riserva un menù dove la qualità supera il prezzo, mai affollato, con musica leggera di sottofondo e il consiglio è di provarlo anche da “esterni”, accompagnati dai vostri bau, così che possiate innamorarvi del posto e soggiornare quando la vita vi suggerisce di prendervi del tempo di qualità per voi. Mi scuso se mi sono dilungata nella descrizione, volevo solo puntualizzare che le vacanze non sono tutte uguali, perché questa estate ho scoperto che per stare bene e riposare, ho bisogno di educazione, empatia e professionalità, non serve lusso, ma rispetto degli spazi e un posto che mi faccia sentire benvoluta e rispettata.

Bellissima struttura. Fantastica l'idea del giardino privato su ciascuna soluzione. Servizi ottimi per i 4 zampe (piscine, sgambamento agility), servizi ottimi per noi (ristorante e bar). Inoltre davvero vicina al mare ed alle splendide pinete. Da tornarci.

Siamo arrivati alle 20.30 e lo staff (molto gentile e molto disponibile) ci ha accolto caldamente. Consiglio di prendere il filetto alla Wellington e le tagliatelle di rapa rossa al sugo di cinghiale. Staff molto gentile, vi consiglio di mangiare in questo magnifico posto nella Maremma! (Vi consiglio anche i magnifici dolci Croccante di frolla e Cheesecake)

Die Anlage ist schön jedoch haben wir leider ganz schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit dem Hotelpersonal und der Hotelleitung. Das Essen war am ersten Tag Total schlecht, dies haben wir dann entsprechend gemeldet. Wir mussten uns etliche Rechtfertigungen und Schuldzuweisungen anhören, danach gab es weitere Vorfälle, wie z.B Zimmer nicht gereinigt trotz Schild, nach Roomservice keine Abholung der Teller/Gläser, die Toilette war an einem Tag nach dem Strand verstopft und überlaufen mit Wasser. Grundsätzlich sind das Sachen die ja passieren können...da erwarte ich jedoch Verständnis und Lösungen, leider war weder Verständnis noch Lösungswege vorhanden. Auch wenn ich die Kommentare der letzten Jahre lese, ist das Hotel gar nicht Kritikfähig--＞ immer ist der Gast schuld! so habe ich mich auch vor Ort gefühlt. Schade um die schöne Anlage! Jedenfalls waren die Ferien dort keine Erholung sondern einfach nur anstrengend...ich habe bezahlt um mir anzuhören was ich als Gast alles falsch mache und wurde belehrt wie ich mich Verhalten müsse (gemäss Hotelleitung) bei solchen Situationen! Über die Sauberkeit vor Ort möchte ich schon gar nicht anfangen. Aber wenn ich was sage ist es wahrscheinlich dann wieder meine Schuld.. daher lass ich es lieber sein und hinterlasse die Eindrücke in Form von Bilder....
