Molto male la pulizia della camera! Letto con lenzuola visibilmente macchiate, in più zone. Pavimento polveroso e molto molto sporco. Bagno trascurato. La camera in generale ha molto tempo. È un peccato perché la spa e la palestra sono belle e moderne.

I stayed one night in this hotel and it really exceeded my expectations! The reception staff was so courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic large wallpaper mural photo of the surrounding Maremma area. Due to time constraints I did not use the pool and spa, but it looks nice and modern. I did visit the spa for a facial, and Chiara was very professional and gave a facial comparable to a 5-star hotel spa. The food at the restaurant was delicious with two courses, a glass of wine and dessert. I really recommend choosing half-pension. As a regular solo traveller, I appreciated that the restaurant has many tables for solo guests. About six solo guests were dining the night of my stay, and we received just as much attention from restaurant staff as the larger groups also dining. Comfortable bed and linens. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend this hotel.

The facilities are fresh and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay.

Old and poorly maintained furniture, air conditioning as if there was no bed with an unmade mattress, perhaps 1 star! The linen in the bathroom is worn, there are no mosquito nets, if you open the window the room becomes infested with mosquitoes. Cleanliness within limits.
