Large complex with different apartments/studio’s. It was nice that some of the parking spaces were roofed. Studio itself was clean, everything you needed was there. Staff was friendly. A few things that we didn’t like: we were in the annex building and the terraces there are interlinked, the fridge and airco made a lot of noise, the pool area at the main building was quite small (there are 2 other pools on walking distance that we didn’t use)

I strongly recommend this establishment, set in the countryside near Grospierres in the Ardeche, France. The whole establishment was extremely well appointed and maintained and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and only too happy to help! The food provided at breakfast and dinner were excellent with a large choice. In addition, the fact that breakfast was available till 13:00 with the ability to make up your own 'picnic' lunch from what was available at the breakfast was a plus! Plenty to see and visit within easy reach - the Gorges d'Ardeche, Montelimar (the home of nougat) and Avignon to name but a few. I would have no hesitation in visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the two ladies at the desk gave us a room with a lovely view of the valley. Another person at the hotel welcomed us in English. I think his name was Kanoon. He was very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the view. The hotel has a delicious buffet for dinner. We really enjoyed that meal. The kitchen is as well equipped as an Air B and B. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there and drinking some local Ardèche vintages.

Nous avons pu passer un excellent séjour dans cette hotel avec notre chien qui a été très bien acceuilli. La climatisation de la chambre a été très appréciable par ses chaleurs. La grande piscine est vraiment sympa et la petite très mignonne bien qu'elle n'était pas chauffée, dommage. Les repas étaient bons et varié sans être de la grande cuisine. Mention spéciale pour les boissons à volonté, notament les bons cocktails et le gouter de 16h. L'ardéche est une région magnifique que nous avons pris plaisirs à explorer. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Super expérience un peu court Nous reviendrons Tout était parfait accueil logement nourriture La piscine est immense du côté de pierres et vacances elle se situe à environ 800 m à pied des logements sowell Les places a l extérieur sont peu nombreuses au bar

Literie et logements agréables et fonctionnels. Repas justes bons sans non plus être exceptionnels. Bon parc aquatique, il faut en effet marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes pour sy rendre, mais ce n'est pas une surprise donc aucun soucis de ce côté. Petit bémol pour le service au bar avec une personne très peu souriante pour ne pas dire désagréable, c'est un peu dommage... Une terrasse au bar sans aucun éclairage (?) nous avons trouvé cela très étrange, une fois la nuit tombée, tout le monde au lit !
