Excellent location and accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly Accommodation comfortable and well equipped Place to be as lazy or as active as you want. Felt very comfortable to let the kids walk around by themselves. Activités not included could be pricey but with 4 pools, a park, skate park, farm, table tennis free of charge the kids won’t be bored!! Hope to return!

A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apartment good. However we were not informed there were check out rules &
We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apartment. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules.

Good location. There are 2 swimming pool areas. The one with the slide was packed and we did not go there. We preferred the other area where we could relax more and enjoy more quietness. The pools are not supervised. The accommodation was spacious and the closed terrace was perfect for our dog. However there was no AC only fans which did not really do the trick during the hot weather. We arrived 10 minutes before our check in and the receptionist made us wait even after our 13 hours trip from the UK. This was a bit disappointing and when we came back asking our keys 30 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready… we had to insist to have the keys so that we could relax. Our visit to the restaurant was not great. The waiter was rude and the pizza were not nice. It was very chaotic and not relaxing at all. Glad we did not go half board… Overall, great location to visit the regions

We stayed over the Ascension weekend in rainy 17 degree weather. Only the main pool was open (due to Corona) and the water was too cold for any of our 4 children to enjoy. The accommodation was basic but robust. We chose "House SUPERIEUR 6 people - 2 bedrooms - Terrace" and the main difference versus STANDARD seemed to be that the patio furniture was better than the standard plastic sets on the neighbouring terraces - something that we really appreciated. I rated the service terrible due to a poor response by the person tasked with resolving our WIFI issue, who believed that we should visit reception again to take the next steps to resolve the problem, instead of them doing it themselves.

Client de l’enseigne Pierre et vacances depuis très longtemps, nous avons décidé de venir profiter des vacances de Pâques pour venir se détendre avec nos enfants à la piscine et profiter de l’environnement. Nous regrettons vivement notre choix d’être venu ici . Nous avons été floués par l’hôtesse qui nous a validé notre séjour en nous ventant la piscine chauffée ce qui est bien entendu faux. L’eau est à peine à 22 degrés autant vous dire qu’il faut pas avoir froid aux yeux . Impossible d’y mettre un pied, mes enfants sont tombés malades le soir même après avoir tenté de s’y baigner. La réception nous a confirmé que l’eau ne serait pas chauffée plus que ça autant vous dire que les vacances sont complètement gâchées et nous ne recommanderont jamais ce site. Le logement est très très vieux et absolument pas propre. Nous avons du faire le ménage car il y avait traces de nourriture collé sur la plaque de cuisson et autour et passer l’aspirateur et le balai bref pas très agréable. Une véritable excroquerie .

Logement agréable malgré une literie un peu trop ferme à notre goût. Absence de climatisation mais mise à disposition de ventilateurs, qui ont été très appréciés. Accueil de qualité et personnel très agréable. Agréablement surpris de la présence de 2 piscines, avec différentes amplitudes horaires. La partie snack salé Castagnou gagnerait à être disponible aussi le midi. Excellent restaurant. En résumé : beau séjour !

3eme séjour pour nous, site très agréable, personnel aimable, beaucoup d occupations sur place: mention spéciale au centre équestre. Multitudes d activités autour: escalade, canoë, accrobranches, rando, visites, produits régionaux…

Mauvaises odeurs dans les salles de bain, propreté pas top. Des arnaqueurs de la caution, ils ont débité 50 euros car je n'ai pas mis les serviettes dans un sac alors que cette information ne m'a jamais été donnée. Inadmissible.
