On this level you will also find a separate powder room. From the living room you can access the patio and the pool area. The Alfresco dining area can be accessed either via the kitchen or via the pool patio The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and have a very large private balcony attached. Please note a steep spiral staircase leads to theupstairs. Tasteful décor can be found throughout the property and just like the architecture you will note that the balance of traditional and modern works perfectly. The mature tropical grounds have a very lush feel and give you privacy Being part of a gated community the property also benefits from 24hr security giving you complete piece of mind.
