Just inside the old city, surrounded by ancient buildings of various colors and shapes, the service is very good, someone helped me with my luggage, and answered any questions. Because I can speak Russian. 😝Breakfast is rich. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to St. Simon's Church and the Neman River. Grodna is my favorite city in Belarus. The hotel is quiet at night. Very recommended! 👍

Отличный отель в центре города. Есть небольшая закрытая внутренняя парковка, но иина улице, около отеля, тоже много места. В отеле просторная комната, холодильник, чайник, вода в номере, халаты/тапки. Завтрак достаточно вкусный и разнообразный. Даже был берёзовый сок! Давно забытый вкус)) В общем, нам всё понравилось.

Comfortable, friendly but also professional and classy. I was treated like a princess. Lovely sauna and pool. Good breakfast available early (and late). Happily located, easy walk to everthing close to the train/bus, but not annoyingly. CLEAN so clean.

I had booked a room by phone for a one day stay on Saturday. The booking was confirmed. On my arrival, the reception said there was no booking. Upon my insistence, the reception suddenly "discovered" that there was indeed a booking on my name. But they claimed it was for another day. So me and my girlfriend were left without a place to stay on a Saturday night in a city I don't know. Reception was also very rude. In short, maybe you can have a good stay in this hotel, but you should know that they might occasionally cancel your booking without telling you anything about it and saying it's your fault.

The hotels website isn’t very good when it comes to booking. You can’t simply click and book a room. After filling out the form & calling them to book, getting an email from them and confirming 190 BYN for the night. When I arrived the woman tried to charge me 360 BYN. The hotel itself is ok. Not great, not terrible, just ok. Located a little outside of the city centre of Grodno. The rooms are clean, a little bit dated interior with red carpets. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included. Buffet breakfast, which was nice. Overall I would say 3 stars from 5.

Красивый интерьер в современном стиле, дорого богато. Номер просторный, но абсолютно нет никакой мебели кроме кровати и стола. Не помешал бы дополнительной комод для личных вещей, ну и чтоб чемодан на полу не стоял одиноко. Кровать очень узкая, даже для моих скромных габаритов. Не знаю, почему все так восхищаются завтраками, они очень ОБЫЧНЫЕ, не плохие, но не так чтоб восхищаться. Удивили чесночные майонезные закуски на завтрак. А вот обслуживающий персонал оставил неприятный осадок. Из девочек на ресепшене никто не улыбается. Здороваются тоже через раз и единицы. По телефону говорят на отвали. Очень неприветливые и не гостеприимные. После пребывания в Хилтоне это прям бросается в глаза. В общем, за интерьер во входной зоне 5 (номера очень простые), завтрак 4, обслуживание 2. Больше в этом отеле не буду останавливаться.
