The street is too difficult to get to without a car.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious, large and comfortable. There is enough space for luggage and suitcases. Only the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work. The downside is that there is no ventilation or air conditioning and it was very warm. It is good to pay more attention to cleanliness. But the breakfast was perfect! And the coffee was amazing!

We have a big group for accommodation there in November for private event. The hotel is good and nice and staff have been fulfilled all our requests. We know that is very important to have all clients request and requirements done. Clean! Worth for money! Recommend it!

From the photos on Booking I was thinking that it’s a nice, small special hotel but it’s a normal hotel with normal rooms. It’s clean but nothing special Looks like a hotel that you can take for one night if you are in transit It’s 8 km far away from the airport but you need 45 minutes by car 21 km to center of Vienna Near it’s a beautiful Donau Oder channel and look lovely

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Our room smelled like sewer. We asked to change rooms but front desk said all rooms were booked. She would call the manager. The manager’s name is Julija and she did absolutely nothing to help the situation. She told the front desk person to check the room. She did and she said she couldn’t smell anything. She said we could just cancel our room and go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. WORST HOTEL and customer service we’ve had in Austria. I would give it 0 if I could.

It appears on some websites that the hotel is 9km from the airport. This is not true, it is 30km away. The rooms have no ventilation, as the windows don't open, and there is no air conditioning or fan. The rooms do not have a refrigerator.

Very aging hotel, very poorly soundproofed, the walls between the rooms and the corridor are non-existent. Little or no service in the room. Very poorly maintained garden. Rooms are not cleaned every day, young guys at the bar are rude and incompetent, 4 star hotel with curtains in the shower and stained carpet, only one coffee machine in the breakfast room which usually doesn't work. Check-out must be by 10am, which is not possible as reception is not manned.

We had vouchers and booked 4 nights with half board. Each of us got a single room. That was the highlight of the booking. I complained straight away that my floor lamp wasn't working, it's the only light in the room apart from the bedside lamp. The man at reception took a look and said it didn't work, the switch was broken. It will be replaced tomorrow. OK, it was still there, on the 3rd day it was gone and it stayed that way. So I had no light for 4 days in the evening. Furthermore, my bed wasn't made once, my girlfriend's only once. And hers wasn't emptied. We had a fresh towel on the unmade bed. What we didn't like was that the really nice lady serving in the dining room was alone and also had to serve at reception in the afternoon and evening. The food was actually quite good, the chef was very nice. When paying for the drinks, a few things had to be clarified. Whoever had charged us twice the amount for drinks. This was sorted out by the friendly staff. The complex is very nicely designed, the rooms are also fine. The dining room has a nice atmosphere and the breakfast room is also very nice, with self-service breakfast. Few TV channels.
