The new owners Erica and Giada are amazing! They are friendly and tend to your every need. We are reminiscing about our 5 day stay last month because it was the best thing about our trip to Piemonte. A cozy and elegant atmosphere, the beds are luxurious, the bath well appointed and a great breakfast. All the rooms are unique and the views of the vineyards and nearby castle are breathtaking.

It is important, when looking at the reviews, to understand that the hotel changed ownership three years ago and was being renovated over the first two years before opening again. The new owner is a lovely chef. who is very welcoming and has done an amazing job of making the hotel beautiful! We rented Suite 25, which is a beautiful large room with a superb balcony and a gorgeous ceiling which came from a castle. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had dinner there for two nights. For the second night, we requested more vegetables and seafood and he made two very special dishes for us.

Giorgio has a gift. We felt like we were staying with a friend instead of at a hotel. His hospitality is second only to his skills as a chef. His cooking is the best in Italy so make sure you have at least one dinner in the hotel restaurant! The cellar has an extensive selection of wines, and naturally Giorgio will be your sommelier. Breakfast here was also delicious. The views from the hotel are phenomenal, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. You’re right next to the castle and beautiful vineyards. Giorgio was also very helpful making restaurant recommendations and coordinating car pickups. You couldn’t be in a more beautiful hotel with a better host for your trip to the Italian countryside.

The hotel interior was old but very attactive with a wonderful view from the dining room, Giorgio the hotelier was friendly & took great trouble to make sure you were very comfortable, & his meals & wine were of high quality.

Casa Pavesi a Grinzane Cavour è un vero gioiello nelle Langhe. La struttura è impeccabile e affascinante, combinando eleganza e comfort in un ambiente che rispecchia perfettamente la bellezza del territorio. La camera offre una vista da cartolina sulle colline circostanti, regalando un panorama che lascia senza fiato. La nuova gestione, affidata a due ragazze giovani e solari, rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole grazie alla loro accoglienza calorosa e spontanea. La colazione è semplicemente deliziosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e arricchita da prodotti freschi e a km 0, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con gusto e genuinità. Un soggiorno indimenticabile! Consigliatissimo!

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte Anfang September 2024 in diesem schön renovierten Hotel. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Sicht von unsrem Zimmer auf die verschiedenen Hügel mit den Reben war toll. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gab uns gute Tipps, wo wir essen können. Wir fühlten uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl und können uns gut vorstellen, dort wieder abzusteigen.

Une adresse de charme idéalement placée sur la route des vignobles des Langhe et proche de la ville d’Alba célèbre pour ses truffes. Un accueil attentionné, une chambre décorée avec goût, une literie de qualité nous ont offert un séjour de grande qualité. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse qui ouvre une large vue sur les vignobles était copieux et préparé avec soin. Une adresse qui revit sous l’impulsion d’un dynamique nouveau management et que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

L’hôtel vient d’être repris par deux charmantes jeunes femmes qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous. L’emplacement, la décoration, les chambres grandes et confortables avec des vues sur les vignes et les bons petits déjeuners nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour.
