Providing a great online customer service while having the e enquiries before checking in. Hotel room with the extraordinary view facing Jungfrau which highly maximize the experience during stay. However, the location of the hotel is quite up on the hill. Guests with large luggage like me may feel inconvenience.

The small room is very cozy, and the view from the chairs outside is also very beautiful. However, you need to carry your luggage up the hill to get to the room. The breakfast is also good.
