Escape the average Reykjavik/Keflavik experience without losing convenient access to both. Loved this Guesthouse! Ultra-simple, fast, hassle free check-in. Helpful, attentive unobtrusive hosts. Nicely and economically appointed kitchen/common area and 3 separate, private, single baths in the “shared” space. The rooms were dark (visited 2 days after Summer solstice) and beds comfortable. Charming town (Grindavik) that happens to be the closest settlement to the Blue Lagoon (7-10 minute drive). Grindavik is on the coast with a lovely harbor and adjacent walking, biking, driving trail that includes a lighthouse and wrecked ship(s) “graveyard”. Travel the main route either 10 miles north or south of town and be treated to ocean cliffs, lighthouses, stunning vistas, lava fields, free range goats, movie (Eurovision) locations and more while still being half-hour out of Reykjavik or the airport. Fair and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The studios are easy to find on Grindavik, close to the Blue Lagoon and the Airport, parking was also easy. Check-in through key locker, same as check-out (they ask you to warn when you leave but won't answer - loosing a star here as leaving the work to the client then not following up is imo not-done). The place is very large, clean and well-equipped, ideal to repack before departure. We found the place a little bit cold, but it might be due to the very cold weather

Excellent family-appartments in a good location and very helpfull staff. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. We would definitly book here again and highly recommend this place.

Le rapport qualité prix est très bon, on a ce qu'on attend, la chambre correspond à la description, la cuisine est bien équipée, les sanitaires sont en nombre suffisant Le système de boite a clés est très pratique la pièce commune pourrait éventuellement être rafraichi

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, calme et idéalement situé. Excellent rapport qualité / Prix Accueil chaleureux du proprriétaire même lors d'arrivée tardive. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit ce qui nous a permis de repartir au top le lendemain matin.
