A nice quick checkin and with a secure car park The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. I was impressed that tea, coffee, milk and a biscuit was left outside our door for our second night. We had dinner at the hotel for the first night. It was ok but portions were small. Breakfast the next morning was much better! And I thank the chef for serving fresh grilled tomatoes instead of tinned ones!! We chose this hotel as it was the closest to the city centre , it had a great view of the Minster and because it offered fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend it!!

I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff are very helpful, polite and will do what they can for their guests. Hannah and Jasmine really are amazing. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, whilst they might not do a full English, they still have scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausage and Bacon. Evening meals are OK, there is no chef on-site but plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms are nice, clean, well maintained and no noise to disrupt your sleep. Will definitely be back.

A perfect hotel with onsite parking. Great pub nearby. Rooms are large and well equipped though a little dated. Bathtub. Friendly staff. Squash court on site.

Perfect! My husband and I had our wedding in the Tennyson Suite at the Brackenborough in February 2024. We can not praise and recommend this venue enough. From our first visit to look at the Tennyson Suite, through to our big day, we had positive experiences. We worked closely with Katie before our big day and David on the day. Katie listened to all of our requests and details and she made them all happen. David was with us for the full day and he ensured everything ran smoothly. We both really did have a stress free day/night. The venue itself looked absolutely amazing- we used Fairytales for additional decorations. The food was beautiful both for the wedding meal and the buffet. We could not be happier with our wedding day/night and all of our family and friends have said they had the most amazing day/night. Very good hotel could do with a bit of a refresh and clean here and their but the service provided is excellent we need another security door and we need security guards on site 24/7 we also need communal computers and more bins in the communal area but this hotel provides a lot of lovely facilities certainly needs more touch ups and decorating here and their and more involvement with the residents in the community as it can get a bit boring living in here but feel this hotel really cares about its customers and hope it listens to what the customer wants and I think computers in the communal area will complete it the second communal room needs a Nintendo console in it to complete it and having a gym and hotub would complete this hotel I think having a garden of cacti and succulents would make it look brighter theirs certainly a lot of room for improvement but it's a really lovely place to stay I hope my feedback can improve the hotel

The breakfast was basically good, but there seemed to be a lack of supplies on the weekend morning, no coffee and juice. The hotel is suitable for self-driving and parking is convenient, but charges apply. Close to the airport, but due to very few flights, very quiet
