A l’arrivée pas de réservation à mon nom ! Trip n’a soi-disant pas fait le nécessaire donc on ne saura pas de qui est la faute, une galère pour avoir une autre chambre de remplacement et surtout pas du tout équivalente à celle payée !
Un geste a été fais offrir les petits déjeuners…

Staf that doesn't speak english in a 4 start Hotel in 2024 is not acceptble, at resturant is not clear the availability of the table during the dinner and food quality is below expectation

Le All Inclusive a la française enfin ! petit déjeuner brunch 7h/13 h parfait Ou pique-nique du midi à emporter les boisons sont agréables aussi Chambre avec frigo et machine à café la plage est pas loin ni port Grimaud seul bémol piscine trop petite car elle est commune à l’hôtel et aux locations j’allais oublier le bar extérieur super 👍

All very good. Pool, food, cleanless, Kindness, location and organization. Very Smart people and very clean sector for the pool. Beach is just 5 minutes away and the beautiful village of Grimaud is just 10 minutes walking.

My husband and I would like to thank the staff of Sowell Hotel Saint Tropez, especially Laura and Emma ( from the reception dept ) for being so accommodating, attentive and for being so helpful. We are truly satisfied with the service, from the staff, rooms, and even with the breakfast spread and the lunch box that you can take wiith you for a picnic ( you can choose whatever you want to take from the buffet spread ). The room is spacious, the shower is functioning very well. The housekeeping staff is so attentive and friendly. The swimming pool is big and there are lots of reclining seats around it. If you take the semi or full pension, the drinks is free anytime of the day or night in the restaurant. I might miss to mention other good things from the hotel but what I and my husband could truly vouch for is that we had a tremendously happy and satisfied experience during our stay in Sowell Hotel Saint Tropez. If there is a small downside of our stay, it would only have to be the wifi service, which sometimes was intermitttent, but that's it! Thank you so very much and we will come back for sure! Mottier

Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. What was ironic was that while we were speaking to the manager, a gentleman came up with the *exact* same two issues we had for the same reasons (he too had to work).
We ended up leaving and staying at a Marriott in Cassis.

Terrible experience! There is clearly a lack of management ! To be avoided. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars and is dirty. Seems to be managed by the owner of a pizzeria rather than the director of a 4 star hotel. I will tried to contact Sowell directly.

J’ai payé une prestation pour un hôtel on m’a mis dans un appartement pas de lit refait le lendemain pas de changement de serviette..
En étant de la partie je trouve ça dommage

arrivé à 17H, on nous explique qu'il est trop tard pour réserver le restaurant pour le soir le quota étant atteint ! le restaurant propose pourtant de l'emporté!!
pas possible non plus de prendre le petit déjeuner le lendemain.
le ménage dans la chambre n'a été fait depuis longtemps , sol couvert de poussières
chambre au rdc avec terrasse qui donne sur la terrasse du restaurant donc bruyant, de plus la baie vitrée ne ferme pas à clé et pas de volet
seulement 2 prise de courant dont une qui fonctionnent pas
bonde du lavabo qui ne ferme pas
bref très loin d'un 4 étoile et pourtant 178€ la nuit !!!!!
