Very charming hotel, lack of service because I didn't have a trash bag the fridge had a water leak I had to put a towel to mop up and this for the entire duration of my stay

A Great Diamonds, with some inclusions!
The accommodation and location was fantastic for if you're driving/renting a car. The pool was nice and available. You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez.
The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink.
Everything was clean but for our stay of 1 week it would have been nice to have extra sheets and pillows. The beds are not so comfortable but manageable. There's plenty of outlets and only one tv in the living room. Each room had its own AC unit while in two of the bedrooms they were not working, the bedroom with two twin beds was working snd living rooms AC was working. Keeping all the doors open helped air out the apartment well. The terrance was nice and spacious but BEWARE OF ANT PROBLEM ALL THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY INCLUDING THE POOL, TRASH AREA, APPARTMENT TERRANCE AND ALL WALL WAYS OUTSIDE. The apartment has NO ANT PROBLEMS.
The Receptionist was nice to provide an ant spray, it was not thay effective but it worked somewhat.
Overal, definitely a plestant stay. I would recommend and stay again when visiting Saint Tropez.

Correct price for an apartment; the equipment is poorly maintained (shower joints, furniture, tables) everything seems outdated. The apartment was not heated for our arrival. Dubious cleanliness of the dishes. No "Expresso" coffee machine.

Garten & City is a great choice. The appartment was big, in good shape and quiet. The whole area is nicely done, the pool area is a big plus and easy going. The savoir-vivre of France is served here! Friendly staff, many parking lots, washing facilites, and the good location (10 min. to Grimaud, 25 min. to St. Tropez) is a further plus.

Nice apartment, specious and complete. Nice staff and good parking. Very nice environment and we were suprised that it was so quiet. Also it was nice that the responsible lady of the residence was speaking our language and was very helpfull to us like the rest of the staff. We will recommend this residence.

Great welcome! Nathalie, the person in charge of reception, was very attentive and responsive! She gave us very good advice on the surrounding area! Great location! Quick access from the towns of St Tropez, Port Grimaud,… Very charming and quiet accommodation! On the heights, among the trees! We have adored!

Dirty and really dilapidated rooms, bay window that doesn't close, broken bathroom faucets, broken spiral staircase... Terrace black with dirt, rotten and broken shutters, damaged chairs, rusty table... Swimming pool with detached liner and all black on the line of water, there were only 2 umbrellas for all the deckchairs, and what's more they were broken. No maintenance! I strongly advise against this establishment!!!
