no room cleaning unless requested, no tea or coffee making facilities, safe or fridge available in the rooms, breakfast fairly expensive but staff friendly, downstairs toilet exceptionally smelly, do not use and free parking scarce. shower cold in mornings, shower late afternoon

Our room was never cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed there. We had to go to reception every night to get clean towels. No restaurant or bar. No Coffee or tea making facilities in room! Miles from anywhere, where we needed trams and trains. The price is ok but it would work out cheaper to be in the actual bigger towns or cities.

Staff was very helpful. Room and bathroom was clean. Location was good and just a few minutes ride from the airport. Hotel is close to the road and accesible to the train but we still had a good sleep. Had a nice stay with my family. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Hotel Achat with 6 children for 2 weeks in an apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. We didn't lack anything. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. Very clean hotel. Staff were very competent. Hotel manager was present and always ready to find a solution. Everything was within walking distance, Rewe, Aldi supermarket, swimming pool, restaurant. Airport not far. We have been coming here for years and will do so again. The only downside is that the rooms are not air-conditioned. But we were given several fans. Many thanks to the whole Achat team!

During the Hessentag in Pfungstadt in June we stayed at the Achat, which is not far from the festival. The Achat Hotel employee gave us a quiet three-bed room even though there were two of us. Thank you for that. Parking spaces outside are free. However, you shouldn't come late in the evening as they are all taken. Otherwise you can book the underground car park. However, that didn't affect us. There is a tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The next one is only 5 minutes away on foot. We would be happy to stay at an Achat Hotel again. The breakfast was also sufficient. We would have liked a fruit salad, but that doesn't seem to be available in every hotel or it was already sold out.

Great breakfast, very friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and very clean. We'll be happy to come back. 🫶 This is the second time we've been back and the staff are so friendly. The service is consistently of a high standard! We hope it stays that way.
