This was our 2nd time at La Presura and we will come back again. This jewel is in the middle of the hills. Very friendly and courteous hosts. The apartments in the middle of olive trees and wine yards. With a pool, never crowded and a garden to play table tennis and ball. Florence is within 30 minutes.

Very clean, calm, well organized, super nice people at reception, always available. Great pool. Private lake. Near to Florence and Castello di Verazzano, near shops and Greve in Chianti. Amazing nature! Strongly recommended for any time of the year!

We had an amazing experience staying there, it was very easy to book and to deal with then trough AirBnb. Everything was so clean and tide when we arrived and the place itself was beautiful, the walk down to the lake and the view of the sunset by the pool made it even more special our staying. I also recommend to try their own wine and olive oil, we really liked.

We stayed at La Presura in September 2023. It was a wonderful stay, quiet and beautiful. Elly is a wonderful host and so helpful. We could not recommend it more. (Definitely recommend renting a car when staying at this location!)

We got the bus from Florence, which stops 100m up the road the road from the entrance, and we’re given extensive directions which made it easy to find. We were greeted by the friendly hostess, who showed us to our room and said, when we’re settled, feel free to come down for a complimentary welcome wine, which we enjoyed whilst taking in the stunning grounds and views. The room had everything you needed, including a good shower and kitchenette, fitted in a classic Tuscan style, and there was a small terrace with a table and chairs to admire the view. The pool looked amazing, although it was just a little too chilly for us to use, but there is also an area to do your own BBQs and a ping pong table to pass the time. The grounds are full of little seated areas to enjoy the sun and the wine, which they make on site. We went for a wine tasting (€20pp), which begun with an interesting tour of the wine process and cellars located on the grounds, and culminated in sampling 4 separate wines from their own vineyards, with an amazing spread of food, including their own homemade olive oil. Overall, we were sad to leave, and we will definitely be going back. On a side note, we were incredibly impressed with the lady on reception (we didn’t get name, sorry!), but she was brilliantly accessible via WhatsApp and assisted with everything we asked for.

Stunning property 20mins from Florence, wonderful staff, clean spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchenette, interconnecting rooms for kids, beautiful pool, playground and table tennis area, gorgeous views. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The house and garden were spacious, clean, and perfect for a vacation with children. The view was fantastic, and the kids loved swimming and splashing around in the pool. The grounds are truly beautiful, with a private lake for strolling. The homemade wine is highly recommended. We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will be back.

Very well located for visiting Florence and Tuscany. Allow about 20 minutes to reach the center of Florence. The strong point of this establishment is its swimming pool with a beautiful view of the olive trees. In the evening, the sunsets are also very pretty. The person at the reception is very smiling and available. I should point out that their wine is also good at a reasonable price. The big downside of our stay was our accommodation. The accommodation is upstairs with a rather steep staircase, no balconies. To eat outside, you therefore have to go up and down the stairs... I should point out that not all accommodations are like this. The apartment is presented as two bedrooms when in reality it is one bedroom and a mezzanine. The heat in the mezzanine was unbearable for sleeping even with the fan provided (under the eaves). Few cutlery in the kitchen, dark apartment, extremely noisy air conditioning (even with earplugs, it spoiled our stay a little). It's a shame that the accommodation was so disappointing, otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
