This is the best BB hotel I’ve visited - and the perfect base to explore this beautiful area. Clean, quiet (whoever picked those windows did well keeping the sound of the A 41 out), friendly. We will definitely be back for more hiking adventures around Mont Revard!

Pleasant surprise for this brand new hotel, ideally located (excursions, hiking, lake, shops...). Friendly and smiling staff, very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and parking at the foot of the hotel. Very, very close to the highway, but the soundproofing is perfect and the air conditioning is welcome so you don't have to open the window for too long. I really appreciated this corner of Savoie that I didn't know, the proximity to Lake Bourget (where I was able to do my running in a magnificent setting!), the Biocoop just a stone's throw from the hotel , the gas station... In short, I will come back there as soon as possible! Mention +++, therefore.

Hotel in very good condition, brand new, simple and comfortable. Located just off the highway, perfect for a stopover. A little noisy if you open the window but the rooms are air conditioned. 10 minutes from Lake Bourget, 3 minutes from visiting the Sierroz gorges. Simple but very good breakfast. Just a downside for the duvets which are a little hot in summer. I took it off to keep only the sheet.

New hotel, very clean, simple and efficient room, very good bedding, cleaning done every day. Close to the highway, very well soundproofed and air-conditioned so no worries for sleeping. Very good buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff. The location is great, we were able to visit Savoie, Switzerland and Italy. Good value for money.

We wanted to book in Annecy and it was full and the lady on the phone told me about Aix-les-Bains. What happiness. The hotel is really brand new, the rooms are great, the welcome is really friendly. It is located just off the highway near the Gresy-sur-aix shopping center. Close to everything. In less than 30 minutes by car you are at Lake Bourget, Annecy, Aiguebelette. Cleaning is done every day, towels changed, beds made. Excellent wifi connection, large parking lot. For between 59 and 65€ per night it's unbeatable for the quality offered. We loved the area and we will definitely come back.

Brand new hotel which opened only 15 days ago. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms, very comfortable bedding. Good and plentiful breakfast. As soon as the organization in the breakfast room is established, everything will be perfect 👍 We will come back without hesitation.

Une belle arnaque , chambre utilisée UNIQUEMENT POUR DORMIR DE 6h30 à 12h et nous sommes accusé à TORD d’avoir soit disant fumé dans leur chambre car la femme de ménage aurait senti l’odeur de cigarette … c’est uniquement de la DIFFAMATION qui ne l’oubliONS pas , peut être sévèrement puni par la loi et bien confirmé par retour de la DGGCRF qui ira faire un tour s’ils reçoivent d’autres plaintes comme celle que je viens de faire aujourd’hui donc si c’est arrivé à d’autres , n’hésitez pas à leur faire part de votre mauvaise expérience sachez que cela n’a rien de légal ! Résultat un vol de 80€ en plus de la nuit pour un hôtel de passage et c’est bien le cas de le dire puisque c’est le festival chaque week !!!! en plus de cela une femme mal poli à accueil , un directeur de mauvaise foi ! A FUIR , un autre hôtel pas loin et bien mieux que ce bout d’ ARNAQUE !
