Gresham Hotels with Wi-Fi

Ok place to stay a night but the choices for breakfast were very limited. I'd not go there for my next trip.

We drove 8+ hours from California and got to the motel at 2 am, no one at the desk , we rang the bell, after waiting we tried calling the front desk the phone rang while we stood there. We knocked on employee room door that was in the lobby (we could hear a TV on) manager came out yelling for disturbing her, saying we needed to wait for their employee while trying to check in they were rude and I was already beyond upset with the lack of standards they uphold themselves with. I asked for their info and manager infos to file a complaint because of that they refused us service and threaten to call the cops if we didnt leave. Worst service ever horrible employees and management. Caucasian female Associate and assuming th manager was the middle aged Hispanic female . They were not doing their jobs for one . Then secondly the lack of respect from these grown women would make any mother embarrassed to claim these two pathetic ladies. Pretty much we booked and room drove 8 hrs tried to check in and no one was there to check us in for over 15 mins. Then the associate and manager got upset with me because I bothered the manager who was off the clock but had her kid at the hotel in employee motel room. After kicking us out we had to drive another 45 mins back to Portland to stay at a red lion All in all worst customer service experience ever! They should be ashamed but because they gave no repercussions they dont give a hoot about what hassle they caused us!

Great location, very clean. Love the pool and jacuzzi. And a huge fan of the breakfast. Love this place. Have stayed now a few times, consistently wonderful.

I love this place. Clean, Staff is SUPER ACCOMIDATING. I have health issues that require special accommodations. They are always willing to make sure my stay is comfortable as possible. From the cleaning staff to the front desk. It is across the parking lot to Heidi's an amazing family restaurant and Dragon Palace Chinese / Sushi. A wonderful place. Its easy to Portland. The Met is three blocks away. It has it all. Safe, Clean and friendly!

I am writing this review on this hotel for the first time since me and my fiance have been here which is over 2 1/2 months and this is the first complaint that I have. I booked our room in my name on another site and the price was $512.49 and they charged him $729.57 and then she called and said that she just wanted to hold his card and when he took it up there she charged his card again for out $590.95 so then I took his phone up there to show her and she said she took a picture of the 729.57 but not the other one so now I need to go back up there to show here that I booked the room online and that I'm not a walk in. If she doesn't do anything then hopefully I can get the managers phone number so talk to the person who comes in and takes over. I'll write a another one and give everyone a update. The room has been nice but there is burns in the comforter and someone honks there horn outside our window early in the morning and then disarms there alarm for like 15min at about 2 to 4 am in the morning which wakes us up. I love the shower. Since Covid 19 the pool isn't open and they don't serve breakfast anymore. The wifi is great. I haven't had any problem with people breaking into my truck or my fiancé vehicle. OK I gotta go but I will keep you posted.

Aside from Ms. Jessica and other desk staff being lovely the assistant manager is awful. The manager doesn’t care. We found blood sprayed all over the bathroom mirror the first day. Nothing. Fleas biting us. Nothing. My daughter and I got rashes from how dirty the room and linens were. We’ve been here three weeks and have NEVER had the room cleaned. We make our own beds and mop our own floors. Usually after we wait for hours bc sheets are never clean. The assistant manager is rude as hell if you ever dare say anything. Now a busted water pipe is happening which I get is out of anyone control but letting the workers start at 7 in the morning knowing damn well folks work around here too, is BS. They told as soon as a room opened up, weeks ago, we could move. This place is hell and WAY OVER PRICED. Which they like to spring on you. Don’t waste your money. The one down the street is much nicer.
