The staff and facilities are magnificent, however the location of the hotel is a little out of the way and the street is full of rubbish and garbage containers. Apart from a rubbish bin that was not emptied when we arrived, the whole experience was impeccable.

The advantage is that the location is good, 10 minutes' walk from the train station and 5 minutes' walk from Victor Hugo. The disadvantage is that it is very old. Also, the check-in time is not 24 hours, and there are several Residhotels here. I originally thought it was the one opposite the train station. It seems that Ctrip should remind you of these two points.
