My stay in the hostel was confortable, the room was spacious and the bed private and confortable. The common areas was good. The room was clean, the shower also spacious and good. The location is ideal to explore the city. Thanks

Very, very bad service. The first day I arrived, the receptionist was super serious, she never told me anything about the place, she just gave me the key to the room. When I went to the room I realized that the bed was dirty, blood stains on the mattress, pieces of potatoes, packages of candy, the bathroom door fell and did not close, I had to use a lot of force to close it, and in addition to the shower, the drain was bad, the sink was clogged, everything smelled bad. The last day I went to the restaurant to have a coffee and the person who attended me I greeted twice and she did not greet me, they charged me 2 euros for a super small and poorly prepared coffee. Do not come here ever, believe me!

I don't advise you to book it, it smells very bad the rooms noise of flushing the ears are very bathroom no towel no clean duvet and they charge the amount after departure saying it's for cleaning? You didn't take out the trash. since when do customers clean before check-out?

Pod size is large and reasonably clean. Linen is provided though you will need to make your own bed. Large storage lockers for luggage with padlock included. Location is excellent being very close to the Train and Bus Station. There is only one toilet and shower for 8 beds in the room though there is an additional shower and toilet downstairs near reception. The cut off time for check in is 9:30PM. This should be amended and a method for people to check in after this time if needed. Would recommend if you just need a short stay close to the train station for a night.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in July, it was an okay experience but probably would not stay again. It was very quiet- there were 6 beds in our room but it was just us and one other who we didn't see at all, and while communal areas were nice, they also felt somewhat deserted, so the social aspect of staying in a hostel was not really there. We liked the pod setup for the beds, nice and private with a shelf, plug and light, also fairly comfy. We also had plenty of storage in the room which we could lock, and aircon we could adjust. It was strange to have to make our own beds on arrival- putting the sheet on the mattress, and duvet cover on etc., although not a huge issue for us. The toilet door in our room was broken and didn't close fully which may be an issue in terms of privacy when sharing with people you don't know. There was also a lack of basic amenities in the rooms such as soap in the bathroom or a bath/shower mat. Overall, a decent low cost option for staying in grenoble with good transport links

The elevetor was out of service for the entire duration of my stay. When I arrived, the manager (a lady) was screaming at a couple who were requesting a room at the ground floor as they were accompanied by a disabled person. The scene was unreal! My room was big but worn out: the sink was clogged, the toilet seat rocking, the paint had marks. At breakfast you are asked to clean your table like in a fast food restaurant. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay (I stayed 3 nights).
