I arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm but no one showed up until 3pm. The girl told me the room hadn't been booked even though it had already been paid for a month. It was pointless to argue, she didn't understand and didn't speak English well. Either pay or leave the hotel. Desperate, I paid for the room for another 82 and then, surprised, she told me I also had to pay a deposit of 87. The Postepay card that I've been using for 10 years to pay was refused. In the meantime, the queue had become more than 10 people. After 40 minutes, thanks to my daughter who spoke English, we resolved the issue. Once in the room, I spoke to a Trip.com hotel operator and tried to resolve the issue by paying. In the meantime, the girl knocked and apologized and gave me my money back. What can I say... 2 hours of stress. I then read the reviews and I realized that the guys who work in the hotel are autistic, in fact it was even written on their shirts. I'm happy that the guys work and are involved in activities, but we also need someone who helps them so as not to create problems. We tourists all these annoyances and stress. The studio apartment is very nice and bright, the bed is fantastic, in the kitchen there are dishes, microwave, kettle, fridge, quiet area next to the train station and Flixbus bus station. If it wasn't for the staff I would have given a good rating
