Parking is extremely tight, the equipment is old and poorly maintained, the location is convenient, there is public transportation nearby. The service staff is not very willing to speak English. The breakfast variety is very limited and much worse than described.

The hotel is good, clean. The staff is polite. Unfortunately, the impression was blurred by a small incident (refusal to check in), when it turned out that the prepayment we had made had not been received by the hotel. To the credit of the hotel staff, they worked with trip.com customer service to resolve the issue promptly.
Also, the hotel is located a bit far from the center, but this was not a big problem, because we were able to go to the center by tram.
The breakfasts are typical French, very tasty.

This is the worse Experience I have ever been through. After seventy years and having been in simply over a thousand hotels have never experienced what myself and son had to at this one. I will be wrintng to ********** on my return home this Thursday 23 June 2022.

I have stayed at many B&B brand hotels, this was the smallest, most outdated, but you know...it does the job still. Sleep and shower. Wifi and tv. What u need is there. Though no hairdryer. Handy that it is literally next to a mall where you can shop till you drop. And enough parking space at the hotel too.

A stay for family relaxation.
All on foot.

Gesture of a good coffee much appreciated in view of the wait for housekeeping, reception available for questions, novices to Hotels
Friendliness, kindness, reassuring, respectful of the staff, special mention for the breakfast person++++.
Unfortunately, one discovery after another:
- Public Toilet Out of Service.
- Insufficient bath towels and bath towels (one bath towel only)
- Shower room: abundant ground water.
- Difficulties in stabilizing a pleasant ambient area in winter.
- A safe table chair sitting on wood drops of blood!!!!
View from reception, - PMR - climb another chain alone!?
- Forgot to tell us the room is vacant.
- Lunch table, kettle burn stain example (dark brown circle)
- Bouge++ up/down elevator
(Situation in this inconvenience: reassuring a person holding on to the walls*2, waiting for them to arrive at their floor??!!)
- To close surprise exio embarrassment, this repellent: larva of an insect crawling in the bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
