Parking is extremely tight, the equipment is old and poorly maintained, the location is convenient, there is public transportation nearby. The service staff is not very willing to speak English. The breakfast variety is very limited and much worse than described.

The hotel is good, clean. The staff is polite. Unfortunately, the impression was blurred by a small incident (refusal to check in), when it turned out that the prepayment we had made had not been received by the hotel. To the credit of the hotel staff, they worked with trip.com customer service to resolve the issue promptly.
Also, the hotel is located a bit far from the center, but this was not a big problem, because we were able to go to the center by tram.
The breakfasts are typical French, very tasty.
